Ines was excellent in her customer service advising potential issues I.e height limit etc. I will recommend to friends and all alike ! Ask a lot of questions upfront so expectations are set. Choose a vehicle that matches your driving ability and have fun. Ines was very friendly and gave excellent customer service

More instruction on where to fill water if not staying at camper sites We had an issue with the detection system for the water tank. Wasn’t a huge deal but it was a hassle and unclear if and when we were out of water. We were a little nervous after reading reviews online but all in all we had a very great experience and would do it again. Our model was perfect for our trip and we will remember this adventure for a long time. Thank you!

A few appliances would have been expected to be provided along with our essential kit; like a ladle and spatula to the frying pan and casserole. Otherwise really happy with out camper, highly recommend Indie camper!

The van has lots of cosmetic sratches. Very nice and helpfull people at the depot. Sonia was great!!!!

Everything was perfect nothing much to say we just enjoyed it

The van met our expectations. Only the refrigerator or the battery was defective. Without external power, it kept cool for about 14 hours on the lowest setting. The battery did not show full charging power even after a charging time of two days. When we picked it up we had to wait 1.5 hours longer because the van was full of ants. Another van then had to be cleaned and we received this one. It would have been nice if the camper had been filled with water and the battery was fully charged. Increíble! La experiencia fue muy buena. Alquilamos una campervan para recorrer el sur de Portugal. La camper tenía todo para poder disfrutar. Mesa sillas, ducha. Inés nos ayudó con todo lo que precisábamos para poder estar cómodas . Todos los empleados de Indie fueron muy amables.

Amazing! The experience was great. We rented a campervan to tour the south of Portugal. The camper had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Table, chairs, shower. Inés helped us with everything we needed to be comfortable. All the employees at Indie were very friendly.

Falls man zwischen dem Active und Nomad schwankt, sollte man den Nomad nehmen. Festes Klo, mehr Platz und richtigen Kühlschrank.

If you're torn between the Active and the Nomad, you should go for the Nomad. Fixed toilet, more space and a proper fridge.

Je n'avais pas le réchaud gaz alors que vous m'aviez bien donné des bouteilles, ce qui m'a empêché de cuisiner durant la location (et je m'en suis rendu compte trop tard...). Attention a bien fournir des rideaux avec leur accroches et de bonne taille, il m'en manquait un aussi. Sinon, globalement, tout était nickel !

I didn't have the gas stove even though you had given me bottles, which prevented me from cooking during the rental (and I realized it too late...). Be careful to provide curtains with their hooks and of a good size, I was missing one too. Otherwise, overall, everything was perfect!

Alguns aspetos técnicos deviam ser explicados com mais detalhe, nomeadamente o do sanitário químico, que é mais complicado de gerir. Uma boa experiência para ter em família pelo menos uma vez na vida.

Some technical aspects should be explained in more detail, particularly the chemical toilet, which is more complicated to manage. A good experience to have with the family at least once in a lifetime.
