Under staffed sat pickup. So poor man (Matthew) was trying to turn everything around himself. He was very friendly and helpful and apologetic about the lack of cleaning. We received several damaged items which still worked fine, but you should replace broken and damaged things. We also paid for a package including bedding but the location had run out so we had to buy our own which was a hassle we could have done without. Overall a great experience despite a few hitches

No suggestions. The Manager at Las Vegas was absolutely excellent I have rented many times and this latest rental was the best ever. The Trucks internal air conditioning needs improvement but everything else worked perfect and the local team and manager which much more efficient and helpful than any time in the past.

Slightly casual manner of taking the vehicle, Also added items (like chairs and power cords) only added as we were doing the vehicle check out. Appreciate that Indies pricing is very competitive due to slightly older models but there were a few small maintenance issues with the vehicle. However that said it was a brilliant holiday and the vehicle performed as expected.

We had to wait at the retal point for hours, because the vehicle had a fix table but we were 5 persons and we needed the table/bed felexible...so they had to clean up another camper and at this rental point was not even a toilet for our kids... It is great not to pack all of your stuff everyday...you have all your things with you...even you shower, toilet and also food...everything you need...and it is not complicate at all...

The only issue we had was the child car seats didn't fit in the camper so we couldn't use them. We had to buy booster seats for the journey instead. Other than that it was a great couple of weeks. The camper was very similar to ours back home so we felt comfortable driving and operating it. We will use Indie campers again but might go for a bigger one if available 👌

At check in, none of the bedding and kitchen kits were in the rv; we had to remind staff that we ordered them. One bedding kit was in a garbage bag and the other looked like it had (hopefully) been pulled directly from the dryer. Sheets did not fit the camper beds and the pillows were so flat and old we bought new ones on the road so we could sleep. They gave us two smaller child size chairs and one adult chair for two adults and one teenager. Dishes were not thoroughly washed and a drying rack would be helpful. Pick up facility was not clean or comfortable to be in. Overall, we had a great time! If pickup had been better our rating would be higher. The van was excellent and drop off was, too.

The outside of the van and windshield were pretty dirty but otherwise great. We had a great experience. The camper worked beautifully. Great customer service.

Would have liked full tank of gas or close to it when I picked it up. The interior of the vehicle didn’t looked liked it was that cleaned. The RV batteries seemed to not last very long. Everything else was great.

Could tell it had some wear and tear before us, but can ran like a charm and functioned as expected. It was a satisfactory vessel for our adventure and never failed us! Thanks!!

Toilet was dirty, mirrors were smeared. Exterior had dirt piled on step. Was a great experience over all.

We spend 5 beautiful days in national parks and RV was very functional without eny technical problem. If you want to improove service, the only things are the bed sheets, which have to be better, clean & fresh. It was a great experiance because we take the RV for the first time. Everything was functional, in campground or outside. Also easy to drive and maintaine. We did'nt have any need to call staff during our 5 days journey. We just followd instruction by check-in, and everything was good.

- We had taken the package for sheets, table/chairs and cleaning, but they forgot to give us the table and chairs. - The cleaning was not good, many areas were very dirty. - Many usb plugs didn't work - Many cupboards were broken (drawer under the gas hob, cupboard next to the bathroom). - we found a lot of things that weren't ours (shower gel, potatoes, tequila). - The motorhome needs to be checked for parallelism But we still had a very good stay, and thank you for the service.

There was a heat alert so the exterior couldn't be cleaned very well. The dishes were dirty, but replaced and improved immediately. Thank you! The only thing that was kind of gross was the stains on the pillow cases. Fortunately, I brought my own and didn't have to use them, but that is one thing that could be given some attention. Thanks for everything! The 24/7 chat assistance was excellent! They stayed on and answered all of my questions. I was very appreciative!

The fridge was dirty with chocolate milk, the green and gray water tank hadn't been emptied, and there were several objects from other passengers (coins, glasses, etc). Clearly, it wasn't cleaned before our check-in. We had a great experience. The car was easy to drive and really comfortable. The cleaning needs to be improve but everything went really well.

Christopher Robinson was excellent. Straightforward and upfront about minor inconveniences with getting the vehicle checked out on getting us on our way. He explained the issue and offered acceptable solutions. It appeared the Las Vegas branch was very busy and possibly under staffed, but everyone there that day was very professional and made us feel welcome while we waited to get going. Thank you Christopher and the rest of the staff at Indie Las Vegas for making our 1st time renting an RV a smooth and wonderful experience. Cole at the Calgary branch made our checkout experience smooth and easy. Very upfront and easy to talk to. The vehicle drove great. 1780 miles with a family of 4 and we never felt cramped, even when we were stuck inside during a rainstorm. This was our first time doing a trip like this and we are already planning our next one. Thank you indie campers!

Exceptional support from Jeremy when we arrived, a big thank you! The vehicle was perfect, according to the online description, only problem, maybe make sure all the mechanics are perfect before leaving, because we had problems with the solar battery, the fridge didn't stay cold!!

No silverware … everything else was great 😎

Our trip was wonderful! At first, I was a bit skeptical because it all seemed too easy, but then after I finished the booking I understood it was suppose to be just like that. From the checkin to the checkout the staff was always helpful and friendly and the whole process was smooth. We loved our experience and we hope to come back soon!
