Everything was great! A unique experience with indie campers!!! We will come back. The vehicle has all the possible comforts, you don't need anything! Just like at home:)

The vehicle was not delivered at the scheduled time, however the service was good. The vehicle worked correctly, it had some minor details that I think should be corrected, such as damage to the blinds, the sink faucet was loose.
The service of the person who attended to us was good.
Muy amables y atentos la atención un 10, tanto en la llegada como la salida. Muy acogedora y cómoda.

Problem with the heating, which we were finally able to solve by putting a piece of cardboard in the window of the armchairs, but it is better to know from the beginning.
The rest was very good.
Problema con la calefacción, que finalmente pudimos solucionar poniendo un cartón en la ventana de los sillones, pero es preferible saberlo desde el principio.
Resto muy bien.

At check-in, Enrique was very kind and made things easy for us. They don't provide any tools to change the gas, which we consider to be necessary. Sometimes it showed us that the external battery was fully charged and suddenly it showed us that it was half full, and another time it showed us that it was fully charged again. For the rest, it was perfect.
A la hora de check in, Enrique fue muy amable y nos puso todas las facilidades. No dan herramienta para poder cambiar el gas, consideramos que es algo necesario. A veces nos marcaba que la batería externa estaba cargada y entera y de repente nos marcaba a la mitad, y en otro momento nos volvía a marcar entera. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Everything was perfect ! It was just missing the table but otherwise it was perfect The campers was very clean and everything was perfect the welcoming and explanation at the check in and check out were perfect ! The bedding kits just missed some sheet for the pillow and the mattress.
And if you can add in the van a smartphone older for the gps it would be perfect !

There were lots of small issues with the campervan interior that could have been easily fixed, like the screws coming out of a draw making it hard to close, the back blind being a bit broken and one of the bed-side pouches being broken. Overall everything important was working well and the process was quick and easy! Had a great experience overall. A few small bits and pieces were broken in the interior (like a dodgy blind and a broken storage pocket), but nothing that caused any issues and all the important elements worked well. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy and we had a great time staying in the Nomad camper!

The staff was very good and the car too. I was only disappointed with the power supply in the house; it only had a range of a couple of hours, even with the fridge at minimum; I think that was a fault... it made us have to stop at the campsite every day, apart from that we loved the experience and the service they provided us. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the support we received, although it was expensive due to the season we chose.
Great service, just small issues like bathroom door don't close, bed window doesn't fully close, but it is the end of the season so we can understand.

Neste altura do ano (outono) sentimos um pouco de falta de isolamento interior, sentíamos o frio a entrar pelas janelas. O veículo correspondeu as nossas expectativas, dando resposta a todas as nossas necessidades. Foi excelente ter a liberdade de podermos explorar as Dolomites ao nosso ritmo e por onde queríamos.
