It was great trip we did with the van!
But we think the seats cover needed to be cleaned before we get the van, we felt the previous renter made stains and not cleaned. Also the wiper was old and we needed to buy new ones.
But overall we enjoyed it!

Nothing we were more than happy with everything!! Sara was a really gentle and friendly person, it was really easy to follow her instructions. Our California was small but nice and had everything we needed! The automatic functions are awesome and I loved that it can drive very fast.

It's ideal to have the male power adapter that the Atlas 5 uses and the slightly longer water hose.
The rest is all amazing.

The kitchen equipment could be more complete. It lacks items to keep the camper clean such as cleaning products and cleaning supplies. A small broom would also do the trick. We ran out of capsules for the toilet tank.
The camper battery (not the engine battery) no longer held its charge so we had to have access to electricity every day. Very good service! Thank you for the opportunity.
Tres bon service, efficace et rapide ! Le California est un très bon choix de van pour 2 personnes. C'est un vrai passe partout qui comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour le voyage.

Easy booking and processing, friendly staff at the pick-up and drop-off stations.
The VW bus worked perfectly and we felt very comfortable with it.

Der VW-Bus funktionierten einwandfrei und wir haben uns damit sehr wohl gefühlt.

When we arrived, it was initially difficult to see where InDie Campers was (Hamburg). Perhaps a larger sign with the company name or something similar. Despite difficulties at check-in (no one was there at the agreed time), we were helped in a friendly manner and a suitable solution was found for us. It would have been nice to be able to reach them by phone. Communication via chat was very quick and helpful. The vehicle was wonderfully equipped and we really enjoyed our trip!
Als wir angekommen sind, war es erstmal schwierig zu erkennen wo InDie Campers ist (Hamburg). Vielleicht größeres Schild mit dem Firmennamen oder ähnliches. Trotz Schwierigkeiten beim Check in ( es war niemand vor Ort zum abgestimmten Zeitpunkt)wurde uns freundlich geholfen und eine angemessene Lösung für uns gefunden. Eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit wäre noch schön. Die Kommunikation über Chat läuft sehr schnell und war hilfreich. Das Fahrzeug war wunderbar ausgestattet und wir haben unsere Reise sehr genossen!

Perhaps just one person working on cleaning the entire fleet means that the interior of the camper is not in the best condition possible. Otherwise, the staff at Hamburg provided excellent and attentive service. We will definitely be back to rent another year. Thank you very much!
Quizas una sola persona trabajando en la limpieza de toda la flota hace que no alcance a dejar en las mejores condiciones el interior de la camper. Por el resto, un trato genial y atento por parte del personal de Hamburg. Volveremos otro año a alquilar sin duda. Muchas gracias!

The communication with the support team was quite difficult. Sarah in Hamburg was great! The fridge was not working properly. It took a lot of time going from garage to garage and the support team was not very helpful. After the reparation everything went properly and the overall experience was good!

My partner Marco and I recently had the pleasure of relocating an Indie Campers van. Although the first drop off location was indicated wrongly by Indie Campers, the rest of the drop-off experience was seamless, thanks to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
Despite having just moved their headquarters, the team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to putting the customer first. Their friendliness and professional attitude made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. They were accommodating and attentive, addressing all our questions and concerns.
