Sarah and Eatin were really nice and helpful. The only thing we missed in the van were steuts to level out inclined ground Roofbed was fine. we missed struts to level inclined floors

Wij waren heel erg tevreden! Het enige wat we misten wat een optie tot het boeken van een kinderstoel, deze hebben we nu onderweg gekocht. Iets meer bekers/glazen. We hadden nu alleen blauwe drinkbekers, prima voor koffie en water, maar je kan er bijvoorbeeld echt geen wijntje uit drinken. En iets waar je koffie mee kan zetten.

We were very satisfied! The only thing we missed was an option to book a high chair, we bought this on the way. A few more cups/glasses. We only had blue drinking cups, fine for coffee and water, but you really can't drink wine from them. And something to make coffee with.

We purchased the Essentials Travel Kit. I feel that you could have been a little more generous with what was in the kit. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper (we ran out). We were only given 3-4 toilet chemical tablets. We could have used one more. Also, it would have been nice to have a towel to dry the dishes we were given. There were a few maintenance items that should have been caught. There was a broken hinge on the lowest cabinet under the stove & sink. The bathroom window support strut didn't hold the window open (broken). The screen on the front roof vent was not connected to the frame (there was a gap in the screen). These were minor issues, though. Otherwise, the van performed great.

you could lower your prices somewhat. A good ides is to choose your level of comfort and how much you can spend as these are not cheap. We were happy with the smallest as easier to find parking in the ciy, smaller towns with narrow roads it's much better

Not much. Great experience Grear for two people on a roadtrip. Brand new van that had everything we needed.

Very good service from the employees. They charged us 5 days of insurance and 5 days of extended mileage when we only had the caravan for three nights. I understand that the two extra days are for the early pick up and late check out, but I find it abusive, as the extra cost for this service is already high.

All in all pretty good! The vehicle was in petty good condition. Service was good. The team was nice and provided all the information needed. It would be nice if there was a way to get Indie on WhatsApp. For those without Sim for calls and only for Internet.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Erfahrung mit euch gut. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, dass das Fahrzeug keine Markise hatte. Das fehlte auf unserer Reise. Sonst gab es eigentlich keine Probleme Camper war in Ordnung, es fehlte nur die Markise. Sollte in Erwägung gezogen werden, diese an jedes Fahrzeug anzubringen. Steigert die Qualität der Reise nochmal um ein gutes Stück!

Overall, the experience with you was good. The only thing that bothered us was that the vehicle didn't have an awning. That was missing on our trip. Otherwise, there were no problems. The camper was fine, the only thing missing was the awning. Consideration should be given to attaching one to every vehicle. It increases the quality of the trip quite a bit!

Unfortunately we were unable to get the fridge to work during our trip, we however managed based on the campgrounds we selected. There was a 2nd propane tank in the camper that we would have used but it was empty so we did have to scramble to find one before the location was closed for the weekend. I know we had only paid for one but having a 2nd one that was empty caught us off guard. All in all though we were happy with the experience and the flexibility that was offered to us. The customer support offered through Whatsapp was thorough and a nice feature. Thank you.

It was a positive camping & travelling experience with Indie Campers. Highly recommend!
