El personal es muy amiable, gracias por rentarnos la Atlas, tuvimos un viaje agradable y todo funciono de maravilla. ¿Consejos para mejorar la experiencia? Creo que un mapa con zonas para dormir sería muy útil. Existe la App de park4night pero no es suficiente, muy pocos sitios están ahi Primera vez en una camper y INDIE CAMPERS lo hizo más sencillo. El personal fue muy amable, nos explicaron todo para usarla, y también la gente en los sitios de acampado fue muy servicial. La camper viene con lo necesario, en principio teníamos dudas sobre la comodidad de dormir en ella y nos sorprendió lo cómodo que resultaron las camas y lo eficiente de la calefacción (fuimos.en Octubre y ya estaba algo frio el clima) La camper se conduce bien, tiene buena potencia (lo cual también me sorprendió) El baño incluido es muy práctico, y la cocina igual. Fue una grata experiencia

Muchas cosas dentro son muy frágiles o delicadas, como las mosquiteras y las cortinas, aún siendo muy delicado con ellas se rompen con facilidad. La caravana es muy buena, si se Quiere entrar en pueblos es mejor una camper más pequeña, lo demás perfecto.

Many things inside are very fragile or delicate, like the mosquito nets and curtains, even though you are very careful with them they break easily. The caravan is very good, if you want to go into towns it is better to have a smaller camper, everything else is perfect.

Estaría bien que las piezas internas estuviesen completamente arregladas antes de dejarnos la camper, porque muchas de ellas estaban medio rotas y no eran muy funcionales, cada vez que las usábamos teníamos que recolocarlas. En general, una experiencia genial, la furgoneta estaba en buenas condiciones y los servicios muy bien. El único inconveniente han sido algunas piezas internas de la furgoneta que estaban medio rotas y estaría bien que estuviesen completamente arregladas para que fueran funcionales. Buena experiencia.

Super équipe à Genève. Merci à Tristan pour son accueil et sa flexibilité. Le Van était très bien entretenu et aménagé. Quelques détails : - ajouter une spatule dans les ustensiles de cuisine - ajouter un embout qui se visse pour le tuyau de remplissage de l’eau : beaucoup de lieux de remplissage on des robinets avec un filetage. - Vehicule super bien aménagé, même pour un séjour en automne en Suisse donc sous un climat assez froid. Conduite agréable, le van a une bonne reprise même en route de montagne. Equipe au top à Geneve, Tristan a super sympa et professionnel. Dommage seulement de ne pas pouvoir facilement trouver le contact du dépôt sur votre site pour téléphoner.

Great team in Geneva. Thanks to Tristan for his welcome and flexibility. The Van was very well maintained and fitted out. A few details: - add a spatula in the kitchen utensils - add a tip that screws on for the water filling pipe: many filling points have taps with a thread. - Very well-equipped vehicle, even for an autumn stay in Switzerland, therefore in a fairly cold climate. Pleasant driving, the van has good recovery even on mountain roads. Top team in Geneva, Tristan is super friendly and professional. It's just a shame that you can't easily find the contact details for the depot on your site to call.

I rented a marco-polo in switzerland, the service was amazing! Indie campers in Switzerland was great, staff was really nice and friendly.

Brilliant service. Salome was apologetic with our fault (smell of diesel) and rectified the issue quickly. Amine was also great, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend. Fantastic company to hire from. This is our second hire and we will undoubtedly use again.

We payed for the kit essentials, thst included the beeding kit, chemical toilet and table/chairs. We were surprised to know thatthe bedding kit only included things for one bed (since we were 3 we had to buy an extra blanket and pillow for the second bed). Would be nice to include the bedding for both beds! We also noticed on the first night that the chemical toilet was not in the van, we contacted the support team (whatsapp) but got no answer. That was a bit disappointing since we purchased the essentials kit with the chemical toilet in mind. Apart from that, the trip was very nice and we were satisfied with the service!

Had an amazing experience with renting the Marco Polo for four people. The staff in particular were all lovely. Amine made sure we were well equipped and informed for our amazing campervan adventure. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and gave us many tips which were really handy as driving in a new country can always feel a bit daunting but we felt safe! Will definitely be back again!

Within the cleaning pack a plug for the sink to do washing up and a tea towel to dry up would be great. Multiple different hose connectors for fresh water top ups would also be really helpful.

Staff were so helpful on arrival and checkout. Van was perfect and very clean.

The pillows were not appropriate (one had a hole and one was thin like a piece of paper). While driving, the water/electricity door couldn’t stay closed. Overall super good experience with Indie Campers. The vehicle was perfect for two but I won’t recommend for four. Despite all the rain we had, there was no leak in the car and we stayed dry.

Satnav wasn’t quite up to date with the new roads. Started off with outstanding customer service with the check in really helpful and explained everything in detail. The van was great from start to finish never had any problems with any of the equipment inside. Everything worked as it should. We had a brilliant time in the van and will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Pillow cases that are rectangular rather than square would be ideal! Strange one I know Great service all in all! Very happy

La experiencia ha sido satisfactoria, lo único que el colchón era incomodo y la calefacción no funcionaba.

Check in fue muy bien La furgo por dentro está genial y no le falta nada. Nos gustó mucho el interior. Pero, tiene sus limitaciones. La batería con la que funciona la luz, gas, frigorífico, etc, dura muy poco. Incluso después de hacer muchos kilómetros, que se supone que se carga, no duraba más de una noche. Andábamos siempre con mucho cuidado de no tener mucho la luz encendida. La nevera no funcionó durante dos noches y tuvimos que tirar comida. Si estás en un camping con electricidad, no hay problema, pero si tú idea es no pagar campings, la batería es JUSTITA.

Check in was very good. The inside of the van is great and it doesn't lack anything. We really liked the interior. But, it has its limitations. The battery that powers the light, gas, refrigerator, etc., doesn't last very long. Even after doing many kilometers, when it is supposed to charge, it didn't last more than one night. We were always very careful not to have the light on for too long. The refrigerator didn't work for two nights and we had to throw away food. If you are in a campsite with electricity, there is no problem, but if your idea is not to pay for campsites, the battery is JUST JUST.

La autocaravana estaba nueva, con muy pocos kilometros. El viaje ha ido muy bien. El unico problema ha sido con la nevera, que nos daba error y no enfriava, y no podiamos guardar alimentos porque se estropeaban. Repetiremos algun dia seguro. Hemos viajado dos adultos con dos hijas de 10 y 17 años. El espacio de la autocaravana esta muy bien distribuido y ha sido comodo viajar. Nosotros seguro repetiremos

The motorhome was new, with very few kilometers. The trip went very well. The only problem was with the refrigerator, which gave us an error and did not cool, and we could not store food because it would spoil. We will definitely come back one day. We traveled as two adults with two daughters aged 10 and 17. The space in the motorhome is very well distributed and it was comfortable to travel. We will definitely come back.

La couverture était un peu légère, par temps de pluie, il faisait un peu froid dans la tente. Les coussins pourrait être un peu plus agréable. La table est un peu fragile. Un support telephone pour le gps ou android auto/carplay serait un vrai plus. Dans l’ensemble le véhicule était très fonctionnel. Le marco polo est très agréable pour 2 personnes et un chien. Très polyvalent et facile à prendre en main. Agréable a conduire également.

The blanket was a little light, in rainy weather, it was a little cold in the tent. The cushions could be a little more comfortable. The table is a little fragile. A phone holder for the GPS or Android Auto/CarPlay would be a real plus. Overall the vehicle was very functional. The Marco Polo is very pleasant for 2 people and a dog. Very versatile and easy to handle. Pleasant to drive too.

Faltaría para mejorar la estadía, un trapo de piso, seca platos Excelente atención de los chicos que nos recibieron, solo tuvimos problema con el pago de la seña y la garantía con la tarjeta de crédito.

To improve the stay, a floor cloth and dish drying rack would be missing. Excellent service from the guys who received us, we only had a problem with the payment of the deposit and the guarantee with the credit card.
