Everything was perfect! Thank you 🙂 I spent one week on the road by myself. And everything works perfect. The van was super comfortable and with everyhing you need for a roadtrip. I enjoy it a lot. Will highly recommend it. Thanks!

Both workers were super kind and really helpful. However, we didn't like that even we booked for early pick up, when we arrived we were told to wait 15' as one of them was in his lunch break.

Many things inside are very fragile or delicate, like the mosquito nets and curtains, even though you are very careful with them they break easily. The caravan is very good, if you want to go into towns it is better to have a smaller camper, everything else is perfect.
Muchas cosas dentro son muy frágiles o delicadas, como las mosquiteras y las cortinas, aún siendo muy delicado con ellas se rompen con facilidad. La caravana es muy buena, si se Quiere entrar en pueblos es mejor una camper más pequeña, lo demás perfecto.
Many things inside are very fragile or delicate, like the mosquito nets and curtains, even though you are very careful with them they break easily. The caravan is very good, if you want to go into towns it is better to have a smaller camper, everything else is perfect.

- add a tip that screws on for the water filling pipe: many filling points have taps with a thread.

Brilliant service. Salome was apologetic with our fault (smell of diesel) and rectified the issue quickly. Amine was also great, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend. Fantastic company to hire from. This is our second hire and we will undoubtedly use again.
