The motorhome was new, with very few kilometers. The trip went very well. The only problem was with the refrigerator, which gave us an error and did not cool, and we could not store food because it would spoil. We will definitely come back one day. We traveled as two adults with two daughters aged 10 and 17. The space in the motorhome is very well distributed and it was comfortable to travel. We will definitely come back.

Check in was very good. The inside of the van is great and it doesn't lack anything. We really liked the interior. But, it has its limitations. The battery that powers the light, gas, refrigerator, etc., doesn't last very long. Even after doing many kilometers, when it is supposed to charge, it didn't last more than one night. We were always very careful not to have the light on for too long. The refrigerator didn't work for two nights and we had to throw away food. If you are in a campsite with electricity, there is no problem, but if your idea is not to pay for campsites, the battery is JUST JUST.

The blanket was a little light, in rainy weather, it was a little cold in the tent. The cushions could be a little more comfortable. The table is a little fragile. A phone holder for the GPS or Android Auto/CarPlay would be a real plus. Overall the vehicle was very functional. The Marco Polo is very pleasant for 2 people and a dog. Very versatile and easy to handle. Pleasant to drive too.

To improve the stay, a floor cloth and dish drying rack would be missing. Excellent service from the guys who received us, we only had a problem with the payment of the deposit and the guarantee with the credit card.

Ideal vehicle for 2 adults and 1 teenager or 2 young children. The team on site is professional, they answered our questions and we were able to find a solution for the return of the vehicle (late arrival) During our stay we had to call customer service who gave us a help number unfortunately to this day we have no news. Fortunately Google and the Marco Polo expert forums exist. We do not regret our choice of vehicle to be redone.

There were a couple of things that were broken (e.g. the table inside) and it would have been nice to be able to use them. If sheets were not available, which we had requested, it would be nice to let them know a little in advance. Apart from all this, the customer service has been phenomenal! To enjoy Switzerland, the Mercedes Marco Polo is an ideal vehicle due to its size and features. The service from Indie Campers has been great both in the reservation process and at check out.

Amine was very helpful and friendly. Will recommend to my friends based on interactions with him and the vehicle being in good condition. Excellent service. Was small for a big person, but more affordable and easier to park and drive.

The vehicle model for sleeping 5 people was small. There were only 2 beds with no possibility of a third. The rest was fine.

I would have preferred to pick up the vehicle and leave directly, the check-in time is too long. For the rest the team is great, the vehicle is very good.

Vehicle picked up dirty on the outside, especially the front main window. Interior cleaning at the top. Thank you to the team for their kindness and professionalism during check in and check out. Perfect for 2 people (especially in summer with the heat inside the van). Maybe equip with a better mattress sheet and cushions.

The truth is that everything went well. When they deliver it to you, they explain everything very well, but with so much information it is difficult to remember everything and that is why the video is super useful, in which everything is explained and if you don't remember something you can watch it again. A highly recommended experience, both the pick-up and the delivery were made super easy. We have returned in love with our camper :)

The vehicle was older, more worn and less well maintained than those we’d previously taken delivery of. That said, the Geneva team were awesome- so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet them all. Many aspects of the van were worn, for example, the front seats were splitting and the blind surrounds were very tired. In addition, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom of the van, which will surely shorten the life of the wood finishing as it will be repeatedly soaked. We felt the quality of the van wasn’t up to the usual standard which is such a shame as we’d previously had pristine vans (perhaps we’d just been lucky in the past). However, this did not detract from the fact we had an amazing time on our travels.

The blinds are a bit fiddly. Hope they can be replaced from time to time, they seem to wear and tear quickly. Otherwise the campervan is amazing. An electricity adaptor is needed at some sites. Excellent trip in the Jungfrau region. The van has everything one needs and the automatic one is really easy to drive. An amazing experience!

Would be nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone at need as opposed to farmed out text/chat options

They vehicle was great and worked well for what we needed. A few nights we worried about the battery because if you're parked for a longer time and don't have access to power, an extra battery would be nice as a backup 🙂

It would be interesting if you added step wedges for the tires + a small folding step to get into the van. An awning would also be ideal. Apart from the problem with the van's battery (so we couldn't use the refrigerator properly), everything was ok. I recommend Indie Campers Geneva. The team is great, we had no problems with our van, except the general battery of the van which was a little flat and didn't allow us to use the refrigerator properly. Make sure that all the levels are at 100% before leaving.

Marco Polo van was great. Lots of convenient features. It's worth renting chairs to go along with the built in outdoor table as all campgrounds we visited in Switzerland did not have tables at campsites.

The windows of the vehicle were dirty, you would expect at least the windows to be clean, the bodywork is not that important. The Marco Polo is an incredible camper, it works very well, easy to handle and very comfortable to drive. The interior is very well used although for 4 adults it is a bit tight.

Some levelling chocks would have been great as we often camped not quite 'level' The booking process is smooth and its very clear what's needed for check in. The video on the functions of your van is really useful and something you can refer to when you get stuck! Staff on site to do yhe vehicle induction were patient and friendly and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic holiday living the campervan dream. Well done Indie Campers, couldn't fault the vehicle or the service I received.
