My third trip. 20 weeks altogether. Always satisfied.

Here is the text from August 6, 2024: Initial difficulties with the vehicle were resolved unbureaucratically by the branch in Munich. Service and vehicle very good. A great vehicle for two people (Nomad Pop top). With 120 HP, it is somewhat underpowered. Overall, a good car. Special praise for the team in Munich.

Richard was great at check-in and check-out, and the van was absolutely perfect.

They delivered a new camper to us, we didn't have any major issues and it was a pleasure to have the new equipment. Recommended.

I picked up our Nomad Pop Up in Ffm-Maintal. The crew on site was very nice and made an effort to answer all questions. A few days before the rental, I was allowed to take a look at the car and clarify questions. The office is in a terrible condition and does not inspire trust. The booked dishes were partly new, partly stained with old food residues. The blankets also did not look clean and we didn't use them at all. Additionally, I received a credit of €54.89 which I am still waiting for today. The crew does the best they can with the conditions on site. We were lucky that the van was really relatively new and had also been well cleaned beforehand.

Very good experience. The motorhome was very good and clean, had everything we needed. All the people at drop-off and pick-up were very kind and helpful.

Internal team on June 23rd were fantastic. Brain in specific. Vehicle model was not as expected and some things were falling apart.
