Checking the systems to make sure they work and doing a full walk through tutorial on how every feature in the van works. Good features for what we needed for our trip. Online video tutorials of the camper features would be helpful, as reaching assistance was difficult.

Cleaning could be thorough, hair in the shower, dirty dishes... The depots are far from the city centers and involve taking a taxi, train or bus sometimes 1 hour to reach your depots. Moreover, in Italy, the cleanliness of the depots is zero. It is not welcoming. The Van Joa was perfectly suitable and functional for a week in Tuscany. We do not regret the choice of vehicle.
