VW California Premium
The van was enough for two people to enjoy 5 days of travelling. It was a small enough van that we didn’t have trouble going up the hills, taking hard turns, or fitting in tight spaces. The lower bed could also do with a mattress like the one upstairs. We could have used the blanket but they forgot to add it. Otherwise it was great! Never had to use the water or recharge. Oh but the plugs didn’t work, that was the only thing.

Il noleggio è andato molto bene unica pecca mancavano alcune cose nel kit da cucina come bicchieri e tazze per la colazione. Del resto servizio impeccabile Il Van Joa per un viaggio di coppia è davvero perfetto, non manca nulla basta solo godersi il viaggio

Great service, a year ago we rented with Roadsurfer and your service was definitely better. Only two things to improve: include unlimited kilometers as an included service not as an optional. Improve the quality of accessories: table and kitchen kit (considering that they are not included but paid separately). Great service we have done more than 4000 km without even a problem! Perfect they could improve perhaps on the accessories. But the essential things are perfect
Ottimo servizio, un anno fa abbiamo noleggiato con Roadsurfer e il vostro servizio è stato senz’altro migliore. Solo due cose per migliorarvi : includere i kilometri illimitati come servizio incluso non come optional.
Migliorare la qualità degli accessori : tavolo e kit cucina ( considerato che non sono inclusi ma a pagamento separato). Ottimo servizio abbiamo fatto più di 4000 km senza neanche un problema ! Perfetto potrebbero migliorare forse su gli accessori. Ma le cose essenziali sono perfette

The caravan was a bit old and in poor condition inside. Mafalda has been super nice to us. We appreciate her kindness and friendliness. Have a good trip through Portugal.

Hired child seats are in place, bedding is provided inside the motorhome, etc.
So that you can leave on time and not be delayed.

Sillas de niños contratadas puestas, ropa de cama dentro de la autocaravana, etc.
Para poder salir a tiempo y no demorarse.

Excellent camper for 2 adults. We did have difficulty finding parking in old city centers in Southern France. Height of the camper was prohibitive for the height restrictive parking lots.

Interior seats need cleaning. The interior was grubby The interior seats need cleaning, the washing up kits are missing tea towels and the kitchen set is missing spoons and cups.
The check in and out was great, the staff were very helpful. It wasn’t a great first impression arriving at the office being so messy and dirty, this is something that could be improved.
Overall we had a great time and would recommend and use again.
