The team on site in Faro/Loule is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived too early and they prepared the van for us as quickly as possible. They were also very flexible during the return.

Campervan was excellent. The depot team were really helpful, and the coffee and extras were very welcomed. It would be even better if the van came with a kettle, sat nav phone holder, more pillows, and warmer duvet/blankets.

We have enjoyed the van a lot, but we were quite surprised that one of the blinds and one of the stove burners were not working properly (we could only use the small burner throughout the trip). We believe they should check the campers better so that other passengers do not encounter the same issues we did once the trip has already started. Nevertheless, we had a great time and the staff that assisted us was very friendly.

Good experience all round. It’s best to spend time to check everything is ok inside before you go as it’s easier to report at the time if anything isn’t quite right ie. Window blinds.
