Everything was good, but we ordered the essential kit expecting to have 3 bed sheets and only received 2 and had to pay one extra, also towels would be nice to receive Really good for 3 travellers

Paper instructions in the vehicle. If you have problems with your telephone provider at home or abroad, you cannot download the PDF. Difficulties in communication as you cannot solve the problem in German. But he was very friendly and took his time!

Hot water was not working properly. Bed linnen is aparently only for 2 people, so 1 bed. Apart from that, vehicle worked well throughout trip. Staff was very friendly.

Easier communication with actual employee would be helpful. Back up camera. Vehicle handles well. Would be nice to have a back up camera considering they are brand new and larger than most other campers. The windows seem flimsy so we didn’t use them as most places we traveled were windy.

It was really very good. Good support here in Dublin. A little more serious than in Edinburgh. Great experience! Really everything works very well and the team is nice.

Check that all the levels are correct before handing over the van; they gave it to us with a low battery and we had to spend a while charging it there. Fun experience, we will repeat.

A blanket with the bed kit would be good This was my first time using a campervan. I was nervous at the start but the van was so easy to drive and very comfortable that driving it became a really enjoyable experience. The local staff were excellent. They were very helpful. I look forward to hiring a van from Indie Campers in the future.

For me I needed a mop, the floors were dirty and I ended up using baby wipes! If this is all I have to complane about it shows that my time with your Camper was excellent. Concidering hiring for a week next time and driving around the coast of Ireland with the Family. The Camper we had was very comfortable and easy to navagate, I was able to download the app and turn on the heating when on our way back at night, more then I expected. Also pick up and drop back was quick and straight forward...

Super easy and staff so friendly The van and supplies were perfect and exactly as we expected and more. The workers we encountered in Dublin were super friendly and offered lots of help! Thank you so much for all the help. One thing to note is that you cannot leave your car at the depot but when we were checking out the lady did tell us about a place nearby that is available for parking so we will definitely be doing that the next time!

Very happy with the van and the indiecampers team in Dublin. However, we had a problem because the inventory of the van during the Check-in (which we signed) was wrong, and we realized, after 100km already traveled, that the gas tank had not been filled (there was 25% left when we took it), that the water tank was almost empty, and that the gas bottle was not compatible with the connections (UK model and not Irish). We were therefore forced to turn around and return to the Dublin depot to fix these 3 problems. We therefore lost 1 day on our 4-day road trip + an unplanned fill-up + motorway tolls to return to the depot. How to file a complaint? Can we hope for a refund or financial compensation? Kind regards, Stéphanie Simier

Bump sensors or rear camera, and phone holder for navigation are from my view a must-have. Nice trip as first expérience in a van. Indie camper team is quite helpful and nice. Pity not to have assistance before the trip to organize the transfert from dublin airport to pick-up centre (a bit lost in middle of nowhere). Also prices for extra (ie. Kits, gas, extra mileage... ) are not justified and decrease customer satisfaction. "No Insurance rule" for high/low height surface of the véhicule was discovered by me at the pick-up time only! If this info is avalaible in the site, it is at least hidden or not easy to fond out, and must be highlighted to the customer prior to renting

The vehicle was wonderful. I advise all "continental" drivers who are experienced with an automatic gearbox to take the automatic (for me it was the same price). Driving on the left with a steering wheel on the right is really NOT that spooky, believe me. The gearbox-handling with a manual however is actually a bit more tricky, certainly if you travel small, narrow and steep roads in Ireland. When driving correctly with an automatic, you actually don NOT use more fuel, that is a pure fable (but you have to know how to drive automatic). Small detail however: the kitchen was really poorly equiped and it is a kind of pitty one lacked several things that really only cost a couple of euros at IKEA. f.ex. (non exhaustive list): egg holders, spaghetti pinch, bowl with holes so one can wash salad or poor cooked noodles in it, pinch for a barbecue etc. Another thing: the toilet really needs TWO tablets ! One is really not enough. These should be povided for free (at least 5-6 per week) as they are honestly difficult to find in Ireland. Occasionally the grey water sensor signaled a failure but it seems this is typical for ATLAS. Just dump (providing you did not use chemicals of course) regularly in a normal sewer pit, nobody will look strange at you and the Irish regular rain will wash all clean in no time :-). If you drive regularly and have the batteries charged, rather use the batteries for the fridge. (we experienced that the batteries last really long!) . On gas the fridge is really not very effective. Good to know: the plugs (when hooked up) are continental!
