A blanket with the bed kit would be good This was my first time using a campervan. I was nervous at the start but the van was so easy to drive and very comfortable that driving it became a really enjoyable experience. The local staff were excellent. They were very helpful. I look forward to hiring a van from Indie Campers in the future.

Super easy and staff so friendly The van and supplies were perfect and exactly as we expected and more. The workers we encountered in Dublin were super friendly and offered lots of help! Thank you so much for all the help. One thing to note is that you cannot leave your car at the depot but when we were checking out the lady did tell us about a place nearby that is available for parking so we will definitely be doing that the next time!

For me I needed a mop, the floors were dirty and I ended up using baby wipes! If this is all I have to complane about it shows that my time with your Camper was excellent. Concidering hiring for a week next time and driving around the coast of Ireland with the Family. The Camper we had was very comfortable and easy to navagate, I was able to download the app and turn on the heating when on our way back at night, more then I expected. Also pick up and drop back was quick and straight forward...

Bump sensors or rear camera, and phone holder for navigation are from my view a must-have. Nice trip as first expérience in a van. Indie camper team is quite helpful and nice. Pity not to have assistance before the trip to organize the transfert from dublin airport to pick-up centre (a bit lost in middle of nowhere). Also prices for extra (ie. Kits, gas, extra mileage... ) are not justified and decrease customer satisfaction. "No Insurance rule" for high/low height surface of the véhicule was discovered by me at the pick-up time only! If this info is avalaible in the site, it is at least hidden or not easy to fond out, and must be highlighted to the customer prior to renting

The vehicle was wonderful. I advise all "continental" drivers who are experienced with an automatic gearbox to take the automatic (for me it was the same price). Driving on the left with a steering wheel on the right is really NOT that spooky, believe me. The gearbox-handling with a manual however is actually a bit more tricky, certainly if you travel small, narrow and steep roads in Ireland. When driving correctly with an automatic, you actually don NOT use more fuel, that is a pure fable (but you have to know how to drive automatic). Small detail however: the kitchen was really poorly equiped and it is a kind of pitty one lacked several things that really only cost a couple of euros at IKEA. f.ex. (non exhaustive list): egg holders, spaghetti pinch, bowl with holes so one can wash salad or poor cooked noodles in it, pinch for a barbecue etc. Another thing: the toilet really needs TWO tablets ! One is really not enough. These should be povided for free (at least 5-6 per week) as they are honestly difficult to find in Ireland. Occasionally the grey water sensor signaled a failure but it seems this is typical for ATLAS. Just dump (providing you did not use chemicals of course) regularly in a normal sewer pit, nobody will look strange at you and the Irish regular rain will wash all clean in no time :-). If you drive regularly and have the batteries charged, rather use the batteries for the fridge. (we experienced that the batteries last really long!) . On gas the fridge is really not very effective. Good to know: the plugs (when hooked up) are continental!

I missed the Camper Wedges, that would have been helpful at some pitches. Ryan did a great job with the camper takeover and he was extremely helpful. 👍 When we took over the camper we had a large and a few small dents on the camper. This had no influence on the driving behaviour All damage was properly documented and we had no problems returning the Camper and the deposit was refunded to us within two working days

A bank card reader point of sale would be better for collecting deposits ! The van should have camera or rear parking sensors ! Staff very helpful & friendly at pickup point . Maybe get customers to practice taking out toilet cassette & grey water before they leave with camper ?

There were a few problems which the staff at Indie Campers dealt with expertly , the camper was a bit rough on the outside , this i understand as have worked in the hire business for over 37 years and understand that a lot of people do not respect what is not theres all in all it was a great trip and the camper drove perfectly and served its purpose , there was a rattle that I sugeest you's get checked it came and went during the trip but seemed to get worse over time . Again I would suggest that a fire extinguisher and carbon alarm be provided in your campers for your own protection and that of the general public . Would just Like to thank the staff of Indie Campers for a great 4 days trip in one of there campers . We had a great time traveling the wild atlantic way , we got to see so much in them 4 days it was amazing and even though everything was not perfect and there was some issues . Their customer service were great at sorting it out , Thank you Milcha . For those renting camper vans don't epect them to be brand new all the time there will be issues , ours was only 3 years old and looked like it had been trough the wars . Remember not everyone respects what is not theirs if you want to go glamping book a five star hotel , if you want camping there will be hardships and the memmories are great . Just one more Thing if you do hire a camper remember there are so many places dotted around around the country where you can park overnight for free some with amenities some without we piad 2 euro for parking , we parked in gorey town park on our first night they have space for 4 campers and services you can empty your grey water and toilet and refil fresh water , we also found parking in dungavan free on google again we could fill up there and empty our grey water , we had stopped a few places in between . We then headed to Dingle a journey I suggest that anyone with a camper takes OMG it is so beautiful when you get on to them mountain roads , it is the roadway to Heaven stop off enjoy the view . When we got into Dingle it was a little before 6oc in the evening so we parked up in the marina car park and we were down at the pay meter and a lady told us that the parking was free after 6oc just pay for a couple of hours the next morning which I did and we stayed there until 11oc the next morning and headed to our next stop . In all it was brilliant Thank you Indie campers and again the great staff at Indie Campers Dublin Date of experience: 01 July 2024

Blinds for windows just a bit hard to catch the latch. And the phone holder in the front of the van we couldn’t open it. The bathroom sink leaked when we used it so we had to wash hands and brush teeth in kitchen sink. Otherwise fantastic trip and comfy van ! Lovely employees everyone’s very nice and welcoming! Overall fabulous experience

We arrived at the pickup location on time and were taken care of by Henry. Onsite we observed the staff busy cleaning and preparing the campervans which did not correspond with reviews concerning cleanliness. Some of the reviews almost turned us off using Indiecampers but we wanted to experience a campervan holiday. Henry was very professional and went through everything in great detail. He answered our questions and any concerns we had with the campervan. Henry went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can honestly say we had a very good experience and felt we were in good hands. We took photos and videos of the interior and exterior before the campervan left the location. I would highly recommend everyone to do the same. The day we returned the campervan we dealt with Lorraine. Lorraine greeted us with a smile and enquired about our holiday. Lorraine was very thorough and checked the interior and exterior of the vehicle for her records. Lorraine was friendly and personable which made us feel very comfortable. Note to all: Make sure to follow the dropoff instructions correctly so there is no reason to withhold part/all of the deposit. Take photos and videos of the interior and exterior before you leave the depot. We returned the campervan in the same condition inside and out as we got it. We enjoyed our campervan trip and the staff on site were friendly and helpful.

Great van, easy to drive and included everything needed. Only downside was we could not connect our phones via Bluetooth to the stereo for Google maps. Also did not have a plug for the sink which made dishwashing difficult. Only downside was we could not connect our phones via Bluetooth to the stereo for Google maps. The inside of the fridge was a little dirty and there were small things wrong with the van (blinds getting stuck, some of the drawers struggling to open, the windows couldn't open and neither could the skylights). These things can become irritating quickly when living in such a small space, so please check the vans properly before renting them out again. Overall it was a good experience and I will happily have this type of holiday again. Overall a good experience and one that I would happily repeat!

A list of contents on the van would be great, so people know you supply cups, plates and cutlery. Thank you for a very nice experience The 5 berth camper was great for two adults two babies and a teenager. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in the camper van. Thank you
