Water team does not fridge stops working

Very good service

We rented for the whole month of February. The van - a Nomad - was perfect for us as a couple. We had a great trip and the service at pick up and drop off was v good. A couple of things to mention to help others. The heating runs off gas and we went through 4x 5kg cylinders. Also, the green Butsir cyclinders are hard to find and we ended up at Indie depot in Sevilla to pick up a spare. The only other issue was that the two fold up bikes we ordered were not available at pick up. Others have had this problem at Indie. And we had emailed a week or so before our booking to ensure the bikes were ready. Sadly, the only two bikes had punctures and no one had fixed them. Not a big deal and we ended up hiring bikes in a couple of places. Overall, a good experience with Indie and we would recommend.

The camper was very good, no problems throughout the trip, just one problem with the shower, everything else was perfect.

The campervan was amazing! The heater meant that our baby kept nice and warm on the trip! And the team have been amazing!

Despite the negative reviews we read, which made us a bit stressed when it came to returning the deposit, everything was perfect. The pick-up and delivery were fast and the colleagues who helped us were very attentive. We didn't need roadside assistance but we did use WhatsApp for some queries and they resolved them immediately. The deposit was returned at the time of delivery. The only thing was that the van hadn't been thoroughly cleaned inside and the burners were a bit dirty and there were some ice creams in the freezer and a razor blade in the bathroom. Although in general it was clean. And the operation of the van, both heating and water, shower and kitchen, was perfect. I imagine it's a matter of luck and also of being interested in knowing how things work, trying them out there with them on delivery and above all being careful. Good experience.

In general, we enjoyed booking with Indie. Communication was clear and we had a smooth pick up and drop off. The bed was comfortable! We also didn’t have any issues with the campervan. However, we didn’t think the built of the car was really sturdy, some wooden parts of the interior were chipped, even though the campervan only had ~12000km on the odometer. Also, the lights were really white and bright - not cosy at all. If you want a cosier atmosphere, bring some fairylights or something. Contact with Indie during the trip was great, they are 24/7 available on live chat. All in all, we would recommend booking with Indie Campers.

Harvest was absolutely amazing, helped solved any queries we had and was patient, and explained everything thoroughly. We had a great experience with Indie Campers solely due to his brilliant customer service.
