Very good service at both times. Helpful would maybe be - a manual for the camper (how to operate the A/C, where to fill up with water, etc.) - An extension of the cleaning kit (hand brush, dish towel, etc.) - A few hooks for hanging up towels, jackets etc. would be helpful - A garbage can is completely missing. - Station-related data, perhaps also online via the booking portal (nearest dumping station/gas station etc) Helpful would be - a manual for the camper (how to operate the A/C, where to fill up with water, etc.) - An extension of the cleaning kit (hand brush, dish towel, etc.) - A few hooks for hanging up towels, jackets etc. would be helpful - A garbage can is completely missing. - Station-related data, perhaps also online via the booking portal (nearest dumping station/gas station etc)

When we flew into Denver to pick up our van (Solis), I received a notification that it wasn’t available, and that we were being upgraded to a Four Winds truck camper at no additional charge. This camper was a lot larger, and cost a lot more in gas for a nine day trip. I will say that it was comfortable and it drove well. My only frustration was the “after hours” check-in. We arrived at 6 p.m. from a long flight, and there were no instructions provided outside the office. I attempted to email Indie campers, and there was no cell service or wifi. Thankfully, my travel companion had one bar of cell service, and one hour later we were finally able to connect with someone through the WhatsApp. It would be ideal if there was an after hours contact number or instructions listed on the business door. I gave the team in Denver 4 stars because they were attentive to us when we returned the camper van, and overall we had a wonderful trip! Our Four Winds truck camper was a lot of fun. We drove 2300 miles to tour several National Parks, and it was comfortable and spacious. I will rent again from this company in the future.

Amazing, the team was super amazing and helpful at the Denver facility. The van worked amazingly and we had no issues. The van was perfect for our travels with everything you’d need, super comfy and was able to go where we wanted it to go. Amazing and kind team was so helpful.

Collecting our vehicle was quick and easy. Our host, Jeffery, was a competent professional with a pleasant and helpful manner. Overall, we would recommend indie campers to others and will likely use the service again. The wrangler had excellent ground clearance which made it the perfect vehicle for the Rocky Mountains

This was the most amazing experience. 1st time we rented a camper so did not know what to expect. Process was easy and we were roadbound in less than 90 min. Return process was even easier. Looking forward to our next trip! Well done!

Check-in process was a little lengthy, but really enjoyed our time in the 24’ RV. All systems worked well for us and made for a great trip.

Great support in the chat. Was not informed about after hours pickup which caused some confusion, but fixed after a call to your service center. Fridge had issues but fixed after 48 hours after feedback and troubleshooting.

There is nothing to complain about, the vehicle and equipment were not new but worked perfectly. The service on site was very friendly and professional. I had a Jeep Wrangler with a roof tent for a 3-week trip through Colorado and New Mexico. There were no problems with the vehicle or equipment, a completely worry-free trip. Based on this experience, I can fully recommend Indie Campers.

There was dirty bedding for the main bed in the cabinet and on the pop top bed. The propane tank was only 1/3 full. We didn't use the heater or hot water because of this which we would have liked. Also, thought trying to fill it back to 1/3 would be a pain. The inside shower did not have a curtain so it could not be used. The shower pan appeared leaked onto floor when we tried to clean it. The outside shower didn't have a curtain or rod either. Other than those issues, we enjoyed the camper.

It seems like we were missing the gray water tube when we got the van (figured it out the last day at our RV camps). The moskito net at the sliding door was slightly damaged (did not hold well in place). Not a big issue, but caused minor inconvenience. All the rest was pretty good and we really enjoyed the trip!

We had a wonderful trip, we just had one issue with the blankets. They were not cleaned and there was blood on it from the previous person. Everything else was great.

The set up was pretty straight forward. I watched the video and it was easy to follow. Scott was very helpful with the check in process. I got to the facility late and he contacted me before I arrived. We were staying in touch until I got the jeep.

At check in, the team was understaffed and we waited for more than 2 hours. Scott did everything he could to reduce the discomfort but still a long wait. We had a good trip but there were several small issues with the RV. I’ve drafted a list: Water hose is short for many sites. Water hose connect position is awkward, can’t connect hose with back door closed. Key sometimes not detected in vehicle. cutlery drawer doesn’t close and opens during rides. Missing blinding option right window. Screen in right window not mounted right. Lid of gas stove vibrates while driving. Shower door doesn’t lock as supposed to. Driver door compartment for electrical cable not mounted fully, missing screw. One of the safely buckles of rear seats doesn’t retracted properly. Screen on frontside of pop up top broken. Emergency braking function is malfunctioning. Ideal size. Can get everywhere and mileage is good. Has everything you need on your trip.

This is our third time renting from y'all and we'd likely do it again. Vehicle was great (faulty sensor for gray water aside). Upon pickup, vehicle wasn't ready. While this can happen, I'd appreciate a call / notification so i don't have to sit in a parking lot for an hour. Local team tried to make it right and accommodated. We skipped the exterior cleaning so we could get on the road.
