There was dirty bedding for the main bed in the cabinet and on the pop top bed. The propane tank was only 1/3 full. We didn't use the heater or hot water because of this which we would have liked. Also, thought trying to fill it back to 1/3 would be a pain. The inside shower did not have a curtain so it could not be used. The shower pan appeared leaked onto floor when we tried to clean it. The outside shower didn't have a curtain or rod either. Other than those issues, we enjoyed the camper.

It seems like we were missing the gray water tube when we got the van (figured it out the last day at our RV camps). The moskito net at the sliding door was slightly damaged (did not hold well in place). Not a big issue, but caused minor inconvenience. All the rest was pretty good and we really enjoyed the trip!

We had a wonderful trip, we just had one issue with the blankets. They were not cleaned and there was blood on it from the previous person. Everything else was great.

The set up was pretty straight forward. I watched the video and it was easy to follow. Scott was very helpful with the check in process. I got to the facility late and he contacted me before I arrived. We were staying in touch until I got the jeep.

It was lotsa fun with just a small problem with toilet!

At check in, the team was understaffed and we waited for more than 2 hours. Scott did everything he could to reduce the discomfort but still a long wait. We had a good trip but there were several small issues with the RV. I’ve drafted a list: Water hose is short for many sites. Water hose connect position is awkward, can’t connect hose with back door closed. Key sometimes not detected in vehicle. cutlery drawer doesn’t close and opens during rides. Missing blinding option right window. Screen in right window not mounted right. Lid of gas stove vibrates while driving. Shower door doesn’t lock as supposed to. Driver door compartment for electrical cable not mounted fully, missing screw. One of the safely buckles of rear seats doesn’t retracted properly. Screen on frontside of pop up top broken. Emergency braking function is malfunctioning. Ideal size. Can get everywhere and mileage is good. Has everything you need on your trip.

Great for off-roading and tent is easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes. Used this company for the 2nd time now and would definitely come back again! This is our third time renting from y'all and we'd likely do it again. Vehicle was great (faulty sensor for gray water aside). Upon pickup, vehicle wasn't ready. While this can happen, I'd appreciate a call / notification so i don't have to sit in a parking lot for an hour. Local team tried to make it right and accommodated. We skipped the exterior cleaning so we could get on the road.

We wait 4 hours to have our Camper Van ready, so we loose time with that. The door of the fridge always open, so we had to tape the door. The rest was great!!

We had to wait about 2 hours for the check-in, which could be improved with more staff, I guess. The overall experience was great, and we enjoyed our trip a lot!

Hi dear Indy campers, you had lovely station leaders but were desperately lacking service team members. So we took the van uncleanded, which was not an issue for us since your chief in-staff gave us a discount. The RV was great overall for us, had some minor bugs - kind as if you bought it for a lower price. Keep going and build your team! Indie Campers offers similar RVs than the established market leaders for a lower price, which seems to lead to understaffed stations leading to less cleaned vehicles which you can get for even further lower prices :-)

Everything was fantastic and the staff were excellent! The only disappointment was that I have still not received my deposit money back 3 weeks after we returned the car. Awesome rental Awesome

Camping chairs and coffee maker was not included. Shower curtain was not usable, but everything else was great.

This was the perfect rental for our family of four. I was worried it might be too tight with two teen boys, but it turned out to be perfect! They even said they would do it again with us! We basically stayed in campgrounds with bathroom and shower facilities so we only used the van bathroom if needed in the middle of the night. We loved how easy it was to pack up and get going vs. a larger RV and it can fit in any normal parking spot. We had such a fun trip and the check in and check out was super easy. The man that helped us was so friendly and helpful and thorough.

Exactly as described! Team was helpful and kind and made me feel great about the adventure ahead. Couldn’t get help when needed easily, but figured it out after a lot of trial and error.

While checking in took 3 hours, they were clearly understaffed & trying their best. I’d suggest more staff & a clearer check in /check out procedures, with staff that has the time/training to do maintenance as needed. We were lucky though & all functioned well. We loved our SOLIS van. It was perfect for our family of 3. We camped each night, enjoyed cooking most of our meals, could easily park in towns, etc. The new management at the Denver office seemed honest & helpful

Check in was a bit delayed as they seemed a bit under staffed and very busy but overall it was a smooth experience.

The check in process was excellent and we were on the road after a comprehensive run through. the vehicle was excellent and matched our requirements. We travelled to Utah and Wyoming and the RV slotted in comfortably at all the campsites. The RV also performed well on the highways. Would highly recommend. Laurie and Miriam Drop off was easy. We had filled up and emptied beforehand so it was a seamless drop off

We were delayed an hour in pickup because the vehicle wasn't ready, though we paid for early pickup. We were there before 9 for our 9am pickup and didn't leave with our vehicle until after 10am. Watching the vehicle explanation video online is an absolute must as during check-in we didn't get as thoroughly rundown because they were delayed. Overall, a great experience for our family and we would rent again!

All in all good experience Maybe a bit poor in terms of equipment (dishes for 4 persons although we were 5, no side shade on the RV,...). Rv was made available earlier than planned which is cool but not cleaned and balck water tanks not emptied (not cool) All in all good experience, easy and fast drop off. Side note: would appreciate a faster return of deposit
