Overall the van was fine and economical. The staff were really helpful. Driving was easy, even though some streets were very narrow! We loved Croatia; so beautiful and so much history. There were a few things that were disappointing. There were no glasses, only mugs, one of which was cracked. The coffee pot was very small. The duvet was very thin and did not fit the cover. There could have been more cutlery but it was OK as there were only 2 of us. It would have been very cramped with 3 or 4 people. Overall, all was fine. Very efficient service.
