There was an initial problem with the vehicle I'd reserved—I reserved a Solis but then 2 days before my reservation I logged in to find that the vehicle had been changed to a Four Winds. I called and used the chat feature on the website and they were not helpful at all, unfortunately—just gave me the runaround. But when I went to pick up the vehicle, the guys at the pickup were great—they got me the vehicle I wanted and made a great effort for me. I liked the Solis—it was the perfect size for 2 people and pretty easy to drive.

I would hire a 3rd party cleaning service so that your people at the depot only have to worry about customers and getting vehicles ready. I would also make sure everything in the campers work before sending it out.
