I would hire a 3rd party cleaning service so that your people at the depot only have to worry about customers and getting vehicles ready. I would also make sure everything in the campers work before sending it out.

Communication between customer service line and local team didn't work. And in addition it's always harder to talk via a third party/ person.
The local team was very helpful and gave great tips and ideas what to do. Very good support, since I also had an uncompleted camping spot issue.

I had an amazing journey in my indie camper solis around Lake Michigan. Everything worked perfectly and it was awesome to be able to pull up to a scenic view and make myself a snack and just enjoy. Great not having to use public toilets too!

Pick up was delayed by 2 hours due to other customers and rv not being completely ready. Staff were very helpful and gave us extra time for drop off at other end of trip. Rv was a bit noisy while on the road, but apart from that, was very good. See above comments.

Beautiful experience, without any kind of problem. Great availability of the INDIE staff (especially ALEX whom I thank warmly) to solve unexpected events. I definitely recommend INDIE

Drop off team was excellent, 5/5! The pickup location we were essentially given the keys and had to ask for vehicle specs (I.e. grey/black water locations, gas, propane, etc).
A routine general rundown of all the vehicle specs on pickup would be great 👍🏼
