Overall is good, but need to improve equipments such as pots, pans, and kitchen stuffs. Anyway we enjoyed the trip and slept very well. You should try to rent a RV camping vehicle for Rocky mountain road trip, strongly recommended!

Solar system on the roof for more freedom

Due to previous damage to the mirror, it fell off and smashed, I wasn’t able to get into an rv place for a repair due to Labour Day and the weekend. So I did a quick fix, and moved on. Having more options of solutions from the team would have been greatly appreciated. But all worked out.

Everything about the campervan was fabulous!!! We loved it! It had everything we wanted and was a pleasure to drive. We do wish it wasn’t quite so expensive It was an excellent experience. We chose the smallest camper but there was plenty of space for us. It drove well even in the wind and in the mountains. The Indie team was quite helpful

Better/warmer bedding would have been appreciated - children were cold at night. Kitchen basics kit was very basic - a couple of tea towels, a pasta strainer and a cutting board would have been appreciated. Pick up and drop off staff were great. Vehicle was suitable for our family of four. Would not have wanted more people (i.e. vehicle capacity of six). The ability to pick up items left by other campers was appreciated and saved us some money.

Indie campers was great! Really nice customer service at both pick up and drop off. Van was great had everything we needed. Kitchen supplies were okay and bedding was cozy. Overall made our trip from Calgary to Vancouver awesome! Would recommend for a road trip! Camper was great! RV had everything we needed. Customer service at pick up and drop off was very nice. Gentlemen helping were great. Kitchen utensils and supplies were dirty so that could be upgraded. Bedding sheets were mid matched but did the trick. Overall it was a great experience. Loved it, great service and van

It was our first RV experience and I think everything went as expected. It wasn't that hard to drive, rent was cheaper than the van, but the gasoline was probably more with the truck

The service was exceptional. Great intro tour by Kyle and excellent drop-off service by Cole, kudos for the amazing team! Check-in and the vehicle were great! Local staff was kind & helpful. All expectations met & exceeded! It would be helpful to have a 'hot tips' sheet-type posted in one of the cabinets. While check-in was helpful in reviewing everything about the vehicle, it was hard for me to remember every detail so I found myself Googling things; which was difficult when I was camping in a location without cell service. This was my first time renting a camper van - had a GREAT time and will recommend to friends. It was easy to prepare for the trip, the FAQs answered all of my questions. I didn't have to bring a trash bag, soap, etc. (those little things that I usually have to buy at AirBnBs). Check-in was seamless, the local staff was kind, friendly & gave a comprehensive overview of the vehicle with various tips so I felt prepared. I used the Canadian Rockies itinerary and felt very prepared for the adventure. Thank you for providing a memorable experience with lots of core memories!

The van was new and not to bad but for the bathroom you could see it was not cleaned in depth. The people at Calgary office and Vancouver where really nice and helpful.

Increased flexibility of check in time without additional fees. National parks fire bans occur frequently. Propane firepjts are available for purchase but it wooild be very convenient and profitable if you could rent them for a fee. Camping juat isnt camping without a fire. We had rented c-class vehicles before but tried a van with 4 in the vehicle. It was ideal! All the conveniences but with such ease of driving and parking. Everything we needed to be immersed within the parks.

This caused us to go way over our km packages. This situation was explained and the extra costs were waived. Very good service!

We had an excellent pick up experience! Super great customer service and we had a clear understanding of how to use all features in the van. There were a few things missing from the van’s kitchen kit as well as the gray water drain pipe when we picked up but, other than that, it was ready to go and we were on our way. The only thing we noticed that wasn’t working on our van was the toilet’s ability to fill with water in order to flush and one of our propane burners would not ignite. We made it work!

No improvements needed in Calgary! Very happy with our vehicle, exactly as advertised and very thorough check in process which made us feel confident for our trip. Ideal for a couple traveling, we had no rain during our trip but imagine if it did the tent box set up would have made it a little tricky

Cole and the staff at the Calgary location were amazing. He is extremely kind and very knowledgeable. He excels in customer service, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he is leading the customer service team for Indie in the years to come. Everything was brilliant. The only thing that was an issue was the fridges, we were told they ran on the propane but neither of them did throughout our trip, they drained the battery overnight and if the battery was empty they just turned off. Otherwise vans were amazing and the support was brilliant We had an amazing time with Indie Campers. We booked two of the 4 winds Camper vans for a 10 people trip through the Canadian Rockies. There was more than enough space for everyone and the facilities were all great. The vans were very new, with very low mileage so there was no concern with any mechanical issues. The indie team, from check in with Cole in Calgary to Check out with Argen in Vancouver and the online support team in between were all amazing, quick to help and give tips, for our journey, and even threw in a few extra items to get us on our way. I would recommend Indie Campers to anyone.

Can’t speak highly enough of the team at Indie Campers Calgary. The guys there are incredibly thorough, always open for a chat and clearly put the customer first. Would highly recommend Calgary Indie Campers.

Brilliant vehicle, we had a great trip with no issues. Only minor point was that we wanted to change our return time to slightly earlier but found it very hard to do as there was no way to contact the return depot.

Amazing service by the guys in indie campers Calgary

I seriously can’t think of any improvements needed in my experience with Indie Campers Calgary. The jeep was perfect and the service at Indie Campers Calgary was warm and friendly as well as professional, it was an excellent experience all round, we loved our camping trip up the Icefields Parkway and can’t think of a better way we could have done it.

Local team was amazing and made sure our vehicle was ready and provided us with all important info. They went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared for our trip.
