24/7 customer service was not helpful. Telling us different early pick up fee prices than was actually the price (30$ vs ~120$). And not helpful when we had a flat tire. Local staff was good. The pull out sun screen and LED light didn’t work properly. 24/7 hotline wasn’t helpful and didn’t get that we couldn’t get road side assistance on Fraser Island. A physical manual and instruction on how to exchange the tire would have been helpful. The vehicle itself was good though and we would probably recommend!

I have been renting with Indie for several years and always enjoyed great service but your Brisbane crew were exceptional - thank you. Indie is a consistently great company across many countries - my most recent experience in Brisbane was exceptional and thank you.

The outback is a very reliable van but the bed for a 6’3” person is not the best. William in Brisbane has been very nice and very professional on anything. Thank you indie campers William in Brisbane has been very professional and o definitely recommend to rent from Brisbane !

- The wander is a great van and ideal size for a family. Would be great to add to the listing that the table can be folded down and a porta cot can be put in its place. Good to know for parents wanting to travel with babies and don’t want to bed share

It was great :) The Jeep Wrangler was great. It had everything we needed for two people in such minimal space, which was so nice. Also, the guy who helped us check in and out was nice, but I didn’t get his name.

We loved our jeep and rooftop tent. Lovely for driving, so easy to set up at night time and very comfy. We can’t fault a single thing. Very good value, will definitely book with Indie Campers Brisbane again.. What a fab experience. Fab vehicle, fab experience. Great staff at Hurricane St Brisbane. Will def book agian. The staff at the Brisbane branch went out of their way to accommodate us. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everything about the vehicle was well explained. We will definitely rent a car from Indie Campers in future again.

Very helpful and friendly team in Brisbane depot. They did everything they could to help with late pick up and drop off. Very good service but suggest picking up during normal hours to avoid complications. Brisbane depot were incredibly helpful as they heard I booked the weekend away to propose to my partner! Very grateful for their help!

The vehicle we got was different that the one we hire, but as we got an upgrade it was not a problem! Also, we had hire two extra bikes that were not avaiable at pick up. We were informed that the refund of this extra service (that I have already paid at the booking) would be done. I am still waiting for the value to get back at my credit card account. Dispite of that, everything were ok! We had a little problem with the car keys that got lock inside the motorhome because it has an automatic closing system that was not informed to us. We had to call an special service to open it for us wich cost us $150, because the service support told us it would take too long to send us another reserve key.

Amazing car, the Jeep Wrangler will get you wherever you want. I got the kit for camping and it was very decent with many items to cook, all in good conditions. If you are thinking about getting this car, just do it!

The camper was exactly as we have expected. But we didn"t need all the features. I woud take a smaller camper next time. It would be easer to drive.

The pop top is reasonably comfortable and spacious. Vehicle ran well with no problems. Great size for our needs. Battery life was appropriate for our needs and was easily recharged. Employees at service center were helpful and friendly.

Would be really good if you offered airport pickup / drop-off Option to have more ‘things’ with the van I.e sun umbrellas etc Would be better if bedding was included in the price Larger time windows for pick up / drop-off The guys at the depot were spot on- super helpful and welcoming which was great! A suggestion - offer regular customers to do your fleet drives between depots in Aus. Everyone was great no improvements needed I don’t think The car was actually a lot newer and nicer than I expected great service from the team in Brisbane will book again

The door handles and the window stays could have been of metal. They were of plastic and very delicate and most of them were broken. The oven Knob was broken when we got it. It needs to be better. I was charged twice on my security deposit and and I have no receipt of the same, ideally the van company should give a receipt with the security charge and cancel the receipt once the payment if refunded. Great company, excellent vehicle. Loved my first time campervan experience with Indie.

Loved the trip. My only suggestions would be 1) an extra bin bag 2) a drying cloth 3) maybe some tea and coffee? They are things you only need a bit of, rather than buying a big pack. Also I wasn’t sure if the plates were microwaveable. I think maybe the sink tap leaks a bit, even with the pump off. We seemed to go through water quite quickly. The top bunks were fantastic for kids. They loved it up there. Overall a great experience with Indie campers again. Will defo do another one.

Struggled to get hold of customer service during the trip to try and arrange a late check out. The van was great and check out staff were really nice.
