Would be really good if you offered airport pickup/drop-off. Option to have more ‘things’ with the van, i.e., sun umbrellas, etc. Would be better if bedding was included in the price. Larger time windows for pick up/drop-off. The guys at the depot were spot on - super helpful and welcoming, which was great! A suggestion - offer regular customers to do your fleet drives between depots in Aus.

Struggled to get hold of customer service during the trip to try and arrange a late check out. The van was great and check out staff were really nice.

The camper was exactly as we expected. But we didn't need all the features. I would take a smaller camper next time. It would be easier to drive.

We had a little problem with the car keys that got locked inside the motorhome because it has an automatic closing system that was not informed to us. We had to call a special service to open it for us which cost us $150, because the service support told us it would take too long to send us another spare key.

I think maybe the sink tap leaks a bit, even with the pump off. We seemed to go through water quite quickly. The top bunks were fantastic for kids. They loved it up there. Overall a great experience with Indie campers again. Will defo do another one.

Having an awning would be awesome and also maybe a courtesy transfer from pick-up/drop-off to the airport would be the icing on the cake! Overall a good experience. Will rent again!

Both Matt (Sydney) and Will (Brisbane) were extremely helpful and very friendly. They both provided excellent service. It was a great way to start and end our trip. Will rent again next time as Matt was super nice.

Much better experience in Melbourne. Staff were really positive and nice. They also told me about the idea of booking relocations directly. Overall it feels like Indie campers are great. Just get the bedding packs right. Sleep is important on road trips. I also love that we get a real mattress to sleep on.

The pop top is reasonably comfortable and spacious. Vehicle ran well with no problems. Great size for our needs. Battery life was appropriate for our needs and was easily recharged. Employees at service center were helpful and friendly.
