Vehicles with a rear view camera would be great. In this case it was the Nomad Pop Top that we drove.

We smelled gas the whole trip. Everything else was tip tip in order.
Unfortunately the camper was broken into, as a tip, the windows are very easy to break open. I would change this
Wij hebben de hele reis gas geroken. Verder was alles tip tip in orde.
Helaas is er ingebroken in de camper, als tip, de ramen zijn heel gemakkelijk open te breken. Ik zou dit veranderen

We waited 4 hours because the first van they gave us had a broken air conditioning and we had to change vans. However, the employees of Indie Campers did everything possible to fix the problem and worked hard so that we could have another van the same day. We appreciate it!! The van worked well and we didn't have any problems. Another trip, very happy with Indie Campers!
Estuvimos 4h esperando, porque la primera furgoneta que nos dieron, tenía el aire acondicionado roto y nos tuvieron que cambiar de furgoneta. Sin embargo los empleados de Indie Campers, hicieron todo lo posible por reparar el problema, y estuvieron trabajando intensamente para que pudiéramos tener otra furgoneta el mismo día. Se lo agradecemos !! La furgoneta funcionó bien, y no tuvimos ningún problema. Otro viaje más muy contentos con Indie Campers!

Lack of communication for customers (non-existent customer service, telephone, etc.) and the deposit is directly blocked. It would be necessary to make only a bank loan. The gas bottle should be provided from the beginning when new. Everything is working well
Manque de communication pour les clients (service clients non existant, téléphone…) et la caution est directement bloquer. Il serait nécessaire de faire seulement une emprunte bancaire. La bouteille de gaz devrait être fourni dès le début à neuf. Tout est bien fonctionnel

Jack was very helpful and showed great customer concern when dealing with an equipment issue that was not provided and on our return it was lovely to see him again - and his greeting using my name made me feel even better 😊 Issues with missing kit was troublesome and then having to use our holiday time to sort them out was not a good start.
This is our first time in a motorhome and it made the start of the holiday not so good but then once on the open road it was a fantastic way to spend a well earned rest.
Jack was very helpful and showed great customer concern when dealing with an equipment issue that was not provided and on our return it was lovely to see him again - and his greeting using my name made me feel even better 😊 Issues with missing kit was troublesome and then having to use our holiday time to sort them out was not a good start.

Solution was ok to get the Money Back
The power cord Provided was only 20 Meters and was NOT suitable for Outdoor useage was an indoor cable but way too short! No Adapter for Power Supply !!!
The Table and chair Provided was really outdated and broken !

Perfect. Everything was clear and well explained. The trip was perfect. The vehicle was very recent and functional. The Bordeaux team explained all the functions and subtleties of the vehicle to us very well. It was a very good travel experience that we will do again with Indie Campers in Bordeaux or elsewhere in another country.
Parfait. Tout été clair et bien expliqué. Le voyage fut parfait. Le véhicule était très récent et bien fonctionnel. L'équipe de Bordeaux nous a tres bien expliqué toutes les fonctions et subtilités du véhicule. C'était une très bonne expérience de voyage que nous referons auprès d'Indie Campers à Bordeaux ou ailleurs dans un autre pays.
