Cleaning behind the toilet, with a bit more detailing/stubborn marks removal. But that requires more support for the person cleaning—who I saw working hard non-stop during both pick-up and drop-off. It was a lovely newer van though! Thank you. Went for pop-top this time. Was unsure if it was worth the extra money. Definitely was! Both in terms of sleeping space, but also because of the awning. Bear in mind it's a lot cooler sleeping in the pop-top. It was a wonderful newer vehicle. A significant improvement on the older (and non-pop-top) vehicle we rented last time. Fantastic service by all the staff at the local (Bilbao) team. Thank you.

As I had no problems and the staff were really helpful and understanding of my Mrs I am not sure how anything could be improved. I was unsure what camper to choose and from before the booking, however staff really helped with understanding how to get the the best out of my experience. When picking it up the staff were friendly and helpful and talked me through anything I read unsure of. I got good advice which made my break work better. When dropping it off I still received excellent service which is so important as it makes you feel valued and more likely to use Indie Campers again.

La atención es muy buena. El q surja cualquier problema en la furgo y tengas tú que acudir a un taller y "perder" tus días de vacaciones no lo veo. Mi vehículo era cómodo para dos personas y la experiencia de viajar en Camper me encantó. Lástima q tuvimos algunos problemas con su funcionalidad.

The service is very good. I don't see any problem arising in the van and you having to go to a workshop and "lose" your vacation days. My vehicle was comfortable for two people and I loved the experience of traveling in a camper. It's a shame that we had some problems with its functionality.

Purtroppo l aria condizionata non funzionava sin dalla partenza ma il team di Bilbao mi ha detto che mi faranno un piccolo sconto sul prossimo viaggio. Una luce del fanale era rotta all inizio e arrivava un forte puzzo dal serbatoio delle acqua grigie. Per il resto tutto perfetto, siamo stati bene con il noleggio di questo camper, organizzeremo ancora un viaggio con Indie Campers. Tutto ok.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working from the start but the Bilbao team told me that they will give me a small discount on the next trip. A headlight was broken at the beginning and a strong smell came from the grey water tank. For the rest everything was perfect, we had a good time with the rental of this camper, we will organize a trip with Indie Campers again. All ok.

Unbeatable experience

On-Trip-Support was not via WhatsApp or Call avaiable. We had just Problems with the fill-up of our watertank and wanted to Call them, but other travellers helped us. Nevertheless it is important to get help from the On-Road-Support if you would have more serious problems with the van. The local Team was very nice. We Travel with Indie Campers since their beginnings (just in Portugal). Service got less (at the beginning there was pick-up and drop-Off from the airport, we got a buggie Board and groceries from Campers before us for free, no additional charges for late check-in ect. ). Nevertheless it‘s a Great experience to travel and see places from the World, if you don‘t want to buy a camper on your own or travel other continents.

Dank Indie Campers hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub! Bei der Innenausstattung wäre noch ein kleiner Teppich zum Vorlegen beim Campen praktisch gewesen. Ansonsten alles super! Gerne wieder

Thanks to Indie Campers we had a great holiday! A small carpet to lay on the interior while camping would have been useful. Otherwise everything was great! We would be happy to come back

Hemos encontrado la camper con algunos desperfectos: - Al mango de la ducha se le salía un poco de agua - El interruptor de los asientos de atrás se caía (sí funciona bien) - Mientras conducíamos nos venía un olor fuerte como a huevo podrido - Cuando empezamos a conducir el primer día tuvimos que hinchar la rueda trasera porque nos saltó una alerta Por lo demás todo bien y cómodo.

We found the camper with some defects: - The shower handle was leaking a little water - The switch for the back seats was falling off (it works fine) - While we were driving we could smell a strong smell like rotten eggs - When we started driving the first day we had to inflate the rear tire because an alert went off Otherwise everything was fine and comfortable.

Reparar algunas cosas de la camper Muy recomendable te ponen muchas facilidades aunque el precio un poco caro pero parecido a la competencia en general muy bien

Repair some things in the camper. Highly recommended. They make things very easy for you, although the price is a bit expensive, but similar to the competition. In general, very good.

Nos ha parecido todo super comodo y fácil, nos han dado todas las facilidades que necesitabamos.

Todo genial, y personal inmejorable

Everything was great, and the staff was unbeatable.

The bedding seemed old. New pillows maybe an idea. The kitchen supplies were basic. Sime of the mugs were cracked or chipped We ended up buying glasses for drinking/ Tea spoons/ bowls. Choks for camping on uneven ground. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly though and we would use again.

Todo fue bien, estuvimos 1 semana en la VW California y estuvimos genial. Lo mejor es que aceptan perros!
