The windshield should at least be cleaned inside and out before the journey begins. More German-speaking staff. If you are travelling by plane, you should pay attention to the additional options. Basic was too poor, we had to buy a lot. It was fine for us. We were travelling independently for 6 days as a test tour.
Frontscheibe sollte wenigstens von innen und außen gereinigt sein, bei Fahrtantritt. Mehr deutschsprachiges Personal. Wer mit dem Flugzeug anreist, sollte auf die Zusatzoptionen achten. Basic zu dürftig, mussten einiges kaufen. Für uns hat es gepasst. Waren 6 Tage unabhängig unterwegs als Probetour.

Add a phone holder on the dash for safety reasons. Having to look down at the gps is a road hazard. Otherwise I loved my experience and would recommend anyone do it Road support was amazing. Everything about the experience is amazing

Toilet or Grey Water was smelly more or less during the whole trip, although we cleaned and emptied. Had some issues with correct cable/enough gas, but all in all, the van was a good start to try out our camping life. Everything very clean and tidy, helpful staff on site. Couple of hiccups with wrong cable, little gas and old grey water, but everything worked out well despite that!

Paar Hick-ups mit falschen Kabel, wenig Gas und altes Grauwasser, aber trotzdem alles gut geklappt!

I am very happy with everything. The interior of the vehicle could be improved, but everything else is very good. The people are very friendly. The vehicle is very correct, perhaps a little more equipment would be good for those of us who come from outside.
Estoy muy contento con todo, puede mejorar la limpieza interior del vehículo pero por todo lo demás muy bien. La gente muy amable. El vehículo es muy correcto, quizás algo más de menaje iría bien para los que venimos de fuera.

The interior could be cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise everything was great. Ideal for short-term vacation trips. Our VW bus broke down on the way to our vacation - we were able to rent a T6 directly from indiecampers in Munich and drop it off in Berlin after the vacation.
Reinigung innen könnte sorgfältiger sein. Sonst war alles top. Ideal für kurzfristige Urlaubsreisen. Unser VW-Bus ist auf dem Weg in den Urlaub liegen geblieben - wir konnten bei indiecampers in München direkt einen T6 mieten und nach dem Urlaub in Berlin abgeben.

The backup battery wasn't fully charged when we picked up the vehicle. The extra charge would have been helpful because our site didnt have a poer supply. Otherwise everything was perfect

Service and the new car were outstanding. For sure we’ll be back camping in germany and indiecampers is our first option now!!! The nomad popup is PERFECT for a easy trip with family!!! Everything is so new and so easy to use! Really recommend

Check-in: Please have more personell at the check-in or allow for a bigger time window for pick up. It took us an hour to have the van and leave. Stühle waren defekt und eine Jalousie. Ansonsten alles top.

We dont have any issues with the process. Your employees were very freindly. The only thing ist that you are the kings of upselling. You should include more basic stuff like more kilometers. We wouldnt book an california again but thats not because of you and more a Feedback for Volkswagen.

It was a new car and that was good, but some of the drawers were loose and a door was loose. Also one of the blinders were damaged but we fixed it, the plastic parts of the car could be better, other than that the car was perfect, It was a good experience and we would rent again

Also the trip was excellent,
The halp on the way was very good!
We extend the trip and it was a wonderful.
The car was comfortable and the driving was perfect.
The kid cheir was not so good.
