We were very happy with the camper.
The sleeping area took some getting used to. Otherwise everything was fine.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Camper.
Schlafplatz war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

A great experience. Very good attention from the local team (campers index Zurich). They explained everything to us very well and were very attentive.
Bassan and his colleague who received the return of the motorhome were extremely helpful and nice. We are definitely recommending to friends! Clean and new vehicle. It was our first time and everything was nicely explained. Very friendly customer service from Bassan and his colleague.

The service from the local team was spectacular. They were very accommodating and made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before our departure.
Things that could be improved:
- had to top up the Ad Blue shortly after departure. This should have been checked.

Be transparent on the additional costs. The price per night is really attractive but suddenly the total cost is more than doubled We took the safe and comfy options for this first experience in van. And everything went well. We'll do it again

Apart from the fact that there was almost no communication in German, everything was perfect. The car was in great condition and clean, the equipment was perfect for my needs. I am completely satisfied with everything.
Ausser das fast keine deutsche Kommunikation stattfindet war alles perfekt. Das Auto war super in Ordnung und sauber, die Ausstattung war für meine Verhältnisse perfekt. Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit allem .

you could lower your prices somewhat. A good ides is to choose your level of comfort and how much you can spend as these are not cheap. We were happy with the smallest as easier to find parking in the ciy, smaller towns with narrow roads it's much better

The windshield should at least be cleaned inside and out before the journey begins. More German-speaking staff. If you are travelling by plane, you should pay attention to the additional options. Basic was too poor, we had to buy a lot. It was fine for us. We were travelling independently for 6 days...
Frontscheibe sollte wenigstens von innen und außen gereinigt sein, bei Fahrtantritt. Mehr deutschsprachiges Personal. Wer mit dem Flugzeug anreist, sollte auf die Zusatzoptionen achten. Basic zu dürftig, mussten einiges kaufen. Für uns hat es gepasst. Waren 6 Tage unabhängig unterwegs als Probetour.

Add a phone holder on the dash for safety reasons. Having to look down at the gps is a road hazard. Otherwise I loved my experience and would recommend anyone do it Road support was amazing. Everything about the experience is amazing

I am very happy with everything. The interior of the vehicle could be improved, but everything else is very good. The people are very friendly. The vehicle is very correct, perhaps a little more equipment would be good for those of us who come from outside.
Estoy muy contento con todo, puede mejorar la limpieza interior del vehículo pero por todo lo demás muy bien. La gente muy amable. El vehículo es muy correcto, quizás algo más de menaje iría bien para los que venimos de fuera.
