Only pointers were we would have loved a km package between 100km and 200km per day, albeit the additional charges were reasonable cost wise. Good team, friendly and explained the spec of the vehicle comprehensively as well as offering helpful advice on our trip. Indie campers were the most competitive we found in the Bergen area and the van was not a compromise on quality being new, good to handle and well maintained with as much luxury as you could hope from a campervan. We had a fab holiday and enjoyed our time in the van. Thanks to the team and will likely look to hire from you again in the future. Cam

Sistemare le cose che si rompono come le tende delle finestre e spiegare bene a chi le utilizza per la prima volta come usarle, mettere l'adblue e non farlo riempire a chi noleggia dura talmente tanto che per voi il costo è irrisorio. Cambiare più spesso le spazzole dei tergicristalli. Come scritto prima le cose da migliorare sono quelle per il resto buona esperienza e mezzo affidabile. Dovete solo migliorare nei piccoli particolari.

Fix things that break like window curtains and explain well to those who use them for the first time how to use them, put in adblue and don't fill it up for those who rent it lasts so long that for you the cost is negligible. Change the windshield wipers more often. As written before the things to improve are those for the rest good experience and reliable vehicle. You just have to improve on the small details.

The refrigerator did not work when connnected to propane, which in turn did not allow us to do much “wild camping” as we did not want our food to spoil. Getting here we had to take a 200$USD cab ride which was not ideal. If you were to offer some kind of shuttle service from the airport I’m sure folks would greatly appreciate the extra customer support The vehicle itself was without trouble, almost new (less than 3k km on the console). Fairly fuel efficient, good lines of sight and backup cameras were very helpful.

Everything is great, thanks! =) We saw warning messages about ran out gas on the panel, no heating and no hot shower, but during the check out, we found out just need to rest it and everything will back to normal. Luckly the problem didn't bother us during the summer. Storage spaces are so well designed and still got some empty boxes after we stuffed in all the things of 4 people. Very good experience of traveling with this motorhome!

The guys at Bergen were charming and helpful. They clearly work very hard to get the vans and equipment ready for each trip. The check in and out processes were efficient, thorough and quick. Thanks to them both. Generally we had a good experience with Indie campers. We were in an older van without the sunshade and it was showing its age visually but was reliable. My only complaint was that the “extras” were overpriced for what they were. Our camping chairs were basic Ikea, one was a sunbathing chair, unusable with the table because it was so low and reclined. The bedding was fine except the pillows (1 each) were actually square Ikea cushions with very little stuffing. The kitchen equipment was limited and lacked a lot of items necessary for anyone wanting to cook in the van - there was no wooden spoon/spatula, no scissors, no washing up bowl, the sharp knife was a serrated small knife, no potato peeler, no cheese grater only one medium sized saucepan with lid - the other was tiny and no lid. People flying into the Indie campers destination country are reliant on what’s supplied so it would be great to have a better equipment box.

It would have been good to have more information on recommended van routes in Norway. Also, I would suggest to have a policy of returning the vans with a tank full rather than the policy of returning exactly as it was. Indeed we ended up having to put more than what was needed and wasting money along the way. See above on the suggestions for changing the fuel policy. Otherwise everything was great. The van size was exactly what we needed for a family of four. Very spacious and comfy!

The fifth seat could have been positioned towards the table rather than looking backwards. Instructions at check-in could have been more thorough and comprehensive; the video is a bit superficial and there are no written instructions or checklists. Very comfortable for a family of four, but also doable for a family of five.
