At the Munich warehouse we received terrible treatment from the office manager who was disrespectful, making fun of the questions we asked him about the operation of the grey water tank sensors. A regrettable experience in Munich. Everything was fine, except for the mistreatment received by the Munich team manager.

En el almacén de Munich recibimos un pésimo trato por parte del Gerente de la oficina quien se portó irrespetuoso, burlándose de las preguntas que le hicimos sobre el funcionamiento de los sensores del tanque de aguas grises. Lamentable experiencia en Munich. Todo bien, salvo el maltrato recibido por el Gerente del equipo de Munich.

Check the any frozen valve, let it full of clean water, batteries fully loaded, gas can fully load before deliver the vehicle so as guest we can enjoy the vehicle from minute zero, instead of spend time looking for gas, or where to connect power to change batteries and load water.
It was an amazing experience, traveling around Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Czech
We did 3k km without any problematic

I had to wait for more than an Hour with the check in. That wasn’t very pleasant. All the other things were all right though! All in all a good experience Very friendly man welcomed me at the local indie campers. Had a nice chat and everything was, as expected, in order. There was an administration error with the kilometres, could be fixed within minutes. I’m satisfied with the service!
