Cuando llegué había un error en el sistema y la furgoneta no estaba preparada, aunque el equipo se puso a limpiarla enseguida y fue muy amable Una van muy completa y muy nueva, facilísima de conducir. Mido 1'90m y aunnasí estuve muy cómodo. 10/10 repetiríamos.

When I arrived there was an error in the system and the van was not ready, although the team started cleaning it immediately and were very kind. A very complete and very new van, very easy to drive. I am 1'90m tall and I was still very comfortable. 10/10 we would repeat.

Excelente servicio, la camper cero drama, estaba nueva, algun inconveniente con el tema de la ropa de cama que no especificaba bien y nos dieron una sola, tuvimos que turnarnos una noche cada uno para dormir comodos, las cortinas laterales una no cerraba bien y la otra cuando cerrabas la puerta se caia el tornillo y habia que estar armandola. Despues de eso, excelente todo Excelente experiencia, recomendable al 100%.

I was told that had reverse sound but didn’t, and had the shower curtain missing but aside that everyone was very helpful during check in and check out My vehicle had everything you need, is very comfortable and spacious, a mini house, not too big nor too small having all amenities necessary to survive remotely for a long period of time

We had a great time overall. One improvement would be to offer a mattress topper for the downstairs bed. It was very uncomfortable as compared to the pop-top bed. also, I think that the included km allowance could be more generous -- 125 or 150 perhaps. But that's a small gripe, and I was fine with paying the extra I inquired about purchasing our rental van, but never heard back. I am curios to know more about that option thanks

Lo unico a destacar fue la escasez en la explicación de cómo funcionaban las diferentes cosas de la furgoneta neveras las luces el techo que hemos tenido que ir descubriendo a lo largo de los días por todo lo demás hemos tenido una muy grata experiencia muchísimas gracias!

The only thing worth mentioning was the lack of explanations on how the different things in the van worked: the fridge, the lights, the roof, which we had to discover over the course of the days. For the rest, we had a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

Everything was well. The only point that we want to remark is that the key to open the grey water, wasn’t in the camper. We recommend to have this experience, it has been a nice experience.

We had a great break in our California Ocean, but a few things were a little disappointing. First of all the fridge door didn’t have a button to close it properly so as soon as we drove away it popped open. My 9-year-old daughter was so excited about being in the camper, but had to spend the entire time pushing the fridge door back down when we were moving. Secondly, there were no forks in the kitchen equipment and just one knife. Made eating meals very difficult and not the experience we were expecting. The hatch above the driver seat to the roof box was also broken. Would be interested to know your feedback on the above. Regards Nick As per previous note

La única queja que tengo, después de haber pasado una muy buena experiencia, es en la que tuve que estar limpiando la autocaravana durante el primer día con agua con amoníaco y balleta. Por lo demás correcto; sábanas limpias, cacharros de cocina también y sin restos de basuras de otros. Entiendo que aveces hay momentos en que la situación es complicada y no se puede estar por todo. Independiente el gran equipo que tienen trabajando en el punto de Indie de Martorell. Muy amables y serviciales, ayudando en todo momento y en resolver muchas dudas. También de algún descuido que otro, que lo vuelvo a decir por exceso de demanda, de que por la inexperiencia y que era la primera vez que cogía un vehículo así. Como sin saber pensando que es normal de que la tapa del wc interior, esa negra, se quedaba fija sin abrirse pensando que era normal. Hasta que uno caga un buen furullo y eso no tragaba, hasta que se nos ocurrió poner dos pares de trozo de servilletas y recoger el regalo con la mano metiéndolo en bolsitas. Hasta que ya cuando la devolvimos, hablando con el chico del check out se lo explicamos y nos dijo que estaba roto. Es lo que nos imaginábamos, nos dio mil disculpas. Todo puede pasar y aun suerte de que estuvimos con buen tiempo, porque también nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, el calentador no iba. En general la experiencia es buena! Y posiblemente volvamos a repetir!! Espero que estos pequeños matices se vayan resolviendo y que creo que con algo de refuerzo de plantilla valdría. Un modelo súper cómodo y funcional! Si que algo grande pero buena en conducir. En general muy bueno!

The only complaint I have, after having had a very good experience, is that I had to clean the motorhome during the first day with water and ammonia and a mop. Otherwise everything was fine; clean sheets, kitchen utensils too and no traces of other people's rubbish. I understand that sometimes there are times when the situation is complicated and you can't be there for everything. Regardless of the great team they have working at the Indie point in Martorell. Very friendly and helpful, helping at all times and resolving many doubts. Also of some carelessness or another, which I repeat due to excess demand, due to inexperience and the fact that it was the first time I had taken a vehicle like that. As if without knowing, thinking that it was normal that the lid of the interior toilet, that black one, remained fixed without opening, thinking that it was normal. Until one shits a good mess and that didn't stick, until we thought of putting two pairs of napkin pieces and picking up the gift with our hands putting it in little bags. Until when we returned it, talking to the guy at check out we explained it to him and he told us it was broken. It's what we imagined, he apologized a thousand times. Anything can happen and we were lucky that we had good weather, because we also had to shower with cold water, the heater didn't work. In general the experience is good! And we will probably repeat it again!! I hope that these small nuances are resolved and I think that with some reinforcement of the insole it would be worth it. A super comfortable and functional model! Yes, a bit big but good to drive. In general very good!

Personell was nice and responding quickly. What was missing: we were 5 travellers but the the 5th chair was missing. Also guidance on how many beddings we ordered was not clear. I would also expect a better pricing for a long term rent like we did. The journey was overprice we think.

We had a great time ! The camper was incredible some minor issues due to the use it has taken but nothing too major. Great job . It was the first time I have ever done a trip like this and honestly the whole booking process was incredibly easy. The pick up was a bit hectic but I understand we are in a busy period. Some minor issues in the van but these didn’t prevent us from its proper use. Check out was fast and easy. Great experience after all I would definitely recommend you guys and re rent with you again. Thank you . 😊

The kitchen kit could be more compact! Very seamless experience (headquarters in Barcelona can use some more fans! It was very very hot in there. IC crew was incredible though! Gracias.

Ha sido una experiencia Brutal! Solo creo que al momento de hacer el Check in, deberían tomarse algo más de tiempo en explicarle a los clientes todo sobre la camper (hay cosas que en el vídeo tutorial no se aprecian). La California Ocean es ideal para viajes! Está muy bien equipada y distribuida. El espacio es óptimo. La verdad, 100% recomendada

I just think that at the time of check-in, they should take a little more time to explain to the clients everything about the camper (there are things that are not appreciated in the video tutorial). El vehículo podría estar más limpio, la escalera de fuera estaba llena de arena y el cristal del baño salpicado. Por lo demàs todo superbién, recogida rápida e igual la entrega. encantados con la furgo.

The floor of the van wasn't very clean. We had trouble getting passed the barrier when we first arrived and it took a long time to make contact with the staff to open the barriers. I was really impressed with the van, although we were not told that the heater would not work without more than one quarter of a tank of diesel. We should have been told this when we took the van as we had no heating on the first night. Once we got that sorted then van was excellent, very hot shower, comfy captain's chairs and everything you'd need for a week away. Would definitely hire one again!

only one thing: maybe we could have left there the grid for the bikes since we didnt had bikes. If possible to unplug it next time, i would recommend to do it. Indie Campers is the best choiche and best vehicles. Higly recommended!
