Everything was fine. Check-in should have been checked beforehand, as everything was not provided (child's seat, cutlery, pillow, etc.), although when we asked for it, they kindly provided it for us. Apart from that, we enjoyed it very much.
Todo muy bien. Check-in debería revisarse antes, ya que no contaba con todo (silla niño contratada, cubiertos, almohada, etc.), aunque luego, al pedirlo, nos los facilitaron muy amablemente. Por lo demás, hemos disfrutado mucho.

Fix the closure of the interior windows, install a rear camera for reversing, for the rest everything was perfect considering that it is a rental motorhome. Everything was perfect both in delivery and return.

I would have liked the check-in to be physical, not remote. Very good, almost new vehicle, excellent service without any faults. Some minor problems with the window locks but not problematic and excellent check-out. Francesca is a great facilitator of serious and formal delivery.
