Both during the pickup and the delivery, Lorenzo is a charm. A pleasure to have him as a host of indie campers! The camper experience has been incredible. 6000 km in 14 days and no problems. A trip to remember!

It was a great trip, the only issue I have (for the second time) is that I was given a butane bottle that cannot be refilled easily, which is a problem since we were renting it during cold season and using it more than just for cooking. This is something that concerns me for future rentals.

Overall, we had an excellent time over the 5 days. The service team were friendly and knowledgeable. The RV ran perfectly - no mechanical issues, it ran perfectly and very fuel efficient. The only minor issue I had was with the age of the RV (first world problems! Haha. I know)…it would have been nice to have a newer vehicle because this one has seen some action over the years. As mentioned, it’s a minor issue and should not affect the overall rating.

We got set back three days due to a dead malfunctioning battery. We contacted support and they agreed we would receive a refund for the lost time. As long as this is honoured we are happy with our experience.
