We had a great time in the Four Winds Camper. Being able to sit inside during the rainy Alaska evenings and having a heater as well as hot water to shower was a life saver. Would recommend it anytime.

Our original rental agreement was for a Solis Camper van. We were told the day before pickup that it wasn’t available and we were given an RV instead. It worked out ok but a little more notice on a switch would have been appreciated. We picked up our RV rental in Anchorage. Abe was absolutely fantastic to work with. He gave clear instructions at pick up. Our RV was very clean and everything functioned properly. He made it a great experience.

Good vehicle. However hq canceled my intended van, at no fault of mine, and assigned me a larger and less expensive rv. Waiting for difference in cost (130 dollars less per day). See first comment related to corporate office. Local team was fantastic.

Would love if you guys provide WiFi service so I can work from wherever. But I love you very much, this is my 3rd time and always happy. Your stuff is also great. I love you guys, this is my 3rd time using the company and have been always perfect. The stuff is amazing and cool and the RVs are always great.

I wish they would include an instruction manual in each Rv for the different features included. Also rubber gloves should be provided in the kit for handling the the sewer hose. They should also include a map showing local businesses who provide propane and dump services. Overall it was an enjoyable experience however the fore mentioned would have made it that much more stress free. The camper was nice and check in/out was easy. I’m not really a fan of the instant water heater as the temperature fluctuates from hot to cold way to often.

I would try to clarify on your rental website the deposit amount you will need to have when you check-in. Other than that we will rent from Indie again we had a blast—friendly staff and very helpful. Our family had a blast. Indie is very helpful and friendly. I have recommended others in our community when traveling into Anchorage take a serious look at renting from Indie for a fun family vacation.

Two things that would have made our trip absolutely perfect!
1. The cleaning products you use was very strong when we picked it up! I think it’s fabuloso. My husband and I are sensitive to smells so it was pretty over powering! We wiped everything with white vinegar to try and get the smell out and kept the windows open as much as we could!
2. No black our shades on the fans. In Alaska the sun doesn’t set so black out shades or covers on the fans on the ceiling would have been ideal
3. One that is not necesssry but a nice to have is a digital rearview mirror in the RVs like you have in the campervan.
