fixing damage from previous customers before renting out again. Would be good if they could have checked/fixed drawers and screens functionality other than that good experience

More attention to the structural elements of the interior and their preservation. Some things broke almost immediately, such as the structure of the curtain of one of the windows. Great overall experience, but the furniture was worn and the cushions were not suitable for sleeping on, they were sofa cushions. A window did not close, and the structure of an awning broke immediately when closing the door. Sheets and outdoor table broken.

Really easy experience. Was happy that Indie rentals was the only service that had a last minute camper for me during the busiest season of the year. Bruno was excellent at explaining how everything worked. He let me video him while he was doing the orientation and I was able to review his instructions when I was on my own with the camper. No problem using everything. Very helpful and will use Indie camper again. excellent!

The checkin process and check out process was flawless and the caravan was in really good condition! The staff was really nice (Bruno and Joel). The only improvement i would suggest would be the location of the wharehouse, its in a residencial area with not many spots to park in... We did our travel with 2 and Nomad really meet our needs. Not sure if with 4 people it wouldnt be too small. It would be nice to have as option a nomad with a bed just for 2 to get more headspace (suggestion). Staff at Amsterdam site (Bruno/Joel) were 5 stars, showed really passion for the business!

A checklist of items that could be shared with hirers before they arrive. We flew and so couldn't bring much with us. Missing kitchen items suggested a checklist signing off the van for readiness, was followed. We collected when we went back on the 2nd day. A section at the warehouse of left behind condiments would be helpful. We needed salt but didnt want to buy any for the fact we only needed it twice. People must buy these items and leave behind. A guest 'help yourself shelf' would be a nice touch. The bike had a punction so checking items as they come back, for repair ready for the next hire is beneficial. We didn't pay for the bikes however, if we had paid €100 for 2 bikes, 1 of which bad a puncture, we wouldn't have been happy.

Dear Indie Campers Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently rented a camper van through your service and would like to provide some feedback on our experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues related to the vehicle and additional supplies that we rented: 1. **Heating System Issue:** The heating system did not turn on due to a misreading of the open/closed sensor on one of the windows. This issue was not diagnosed by the online help and resulted in us being without hot water and heating throughout the trip. 2. **Bedding Kit - Mattress Cover:** The mattress cover from the separately purchased bedding kit had a significant rip of approximately 60-70 cm. We had to sew it back together to use it, which was inconvenient. 3. **Bedding Kit - Duvet:** The duvet from the bedding kit had a strong odor, suggesting it was either not properly cleaned or dried. This was quite unpleasant and affected our comfort. 4. **Window Blind Mechanism:** The window blind closing mechanism on the left window by the table kept coming apart, making the blind unusable. Although we were able to fix it temporarily with some adjustments, it was frustrating to do so multiple times a day. 5. **Chair and Table Kit:** The separately purchased chair and table kit was missing one chair. The website states that there should be one chair per passenger, but we only received two chairs. This was inconvenient as our third passenger had to sit on the ground while eating outside. Despite these issues, we overall had a good time and have given our first experience with Indie Campers a 5-star review on Google. However, we feel that we did not receive the full value we paid for, especially regarding the heating and the "essentials kit." We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future experiences for us and other customers. Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response. Client service at Amsterdam hub was really good and communication was awesome. Van was ready on time and delivered according expectations. It was mostly clean but some specific parts inside had to be cleaned again by us before starting the trip (e.g. stove area). Last but not least, I would like to mention that after renting Indie Camper vans 8 times, this new Amsterdam location is by far the most clean and organized one. This creates a first good impression to the clients. Both AdBlue and gas finished in th first night which required an expensive purchase in Switzerland. This could be avoided with a deeper inspection at indie campers site. Returning the van was also a straight forward process. Kudos for that.

Several comments: - an uncleaned duvet with blood stains, we put the cover on and tried to forget about it, because it is quite unsanitary. - the slats of the back bed are poorly repaired, every night I thought I was going to end up sleeping in the trunk. - the door of the closet, between the kitchen and the bathroom, needs to have its hinges fixed, because every time you open it you are left with the door in your hand. The rest of the motorhome was fine, I recommend a little maintenance, because although it is used, with a few things (tightening screws, washing the duvet well, fixing the bed base) the impression improves a lot. It is the second time we have rented this model (Stuttgart and Amsterdam) and for a family of 4 it is perfect. Initially they did not give us the key to the door (and the gas compartment and trunk) and after insisting they found a key that worked, although it did not work for the trunk. The staff who attended to us were willing to help in any way they could. This model is ideal for a family of 4, because there is room for everything, the beds are comfortable and it is not difficult to drive or maneuver. The functionalities are very simple and in a couple of days you get the hang of everything. Renting with Indie Campers is worth it in our experience, although it depends on the depot where you rent. Sometimes the motorhome is in better condition than others, but overall the experience is positive. When picking up the motorhome make sure you take photos of everything and check that everything works, it takes a while but it is worth it to ensure that the trip goes well.

It would have been best if the upper bed had not been in the car. We asked if you could remove it and it was just moved on top of the lower bed, with the frame and it was very hard and uncomfortable! The bed is super hard in general - would be nice to provide a topper to make it more comfortable :) All good, a few things were not working properly though so I just want to let you kow which ones so you dont have to look for them: Phone holder: Broken side handle Drawer under stove: Did not close USB lid under radio: Lid broken Outdoor table: One leg missing Left gas on the stove: Not working properly This was not a problem for us! We LOVED the camper lifestyle!

I spend half a day cleaning the inside and outside. Other than that the van was briljant Next time I would choose the poptop version. The bunkbeds are a bit cramp

The check-in service should respect the times. The information on the use of the van is missing, not present in the video. Telephone assistance was not in Italian therefore non-existent. Online and email assistance not very available. Check-in should be more precise even with the optional requested missing and verbally requested by me. Give more information for beginners such as app. As for the quality of the vehicle, it is excellent. Give the possibility to make reports of the vehicle for anomalies. Ideal van as a first experience. To be done again! It is easy to handle and perfect to drive.

Just keep going It was a wonderful experience, and there were photos and videos taken of the trip, as my followers on Snapchat asked me about it, as I have many followers. I gave them full details about your company. I hope that next time I will have a special price ☺️ because I marketed your company 🙏
