“During pick-up, a female employee with all black hair, had no sense of decorum in front of customers. She was rude and very loud to the male employees and complained that if the vehicle wasn’t up to par that it didn’t matter because she was clocking off. That’s insane behavior for an employee. The male employee that helped us out was very helpful! Our stove flame didn’t go up high so we weren’t really able to cook. It rained during our adventure and the car was leaking inside. Minor issues aside, I enjoyed my time with our rental. It got us through a festival weekend during a tropical storm! ”
