Campervan and RV Rental in Valencia

If you are looking into an incredible adventure in Spain, then renting a campervan or a RV in Valencia might be the best solution for you. Whether you are thinking of traveling with the family, with your friends, partner, or solo, a road trip adventure across Spain is going to be something unforgettable.

Valencia is located in a uniquely beautiful natural environment. Surrounded by fertile land, it has been a highly sought-after spot since pre-Roman times. Today, the city is world-famous for one of the marvels of Spanish cuisine, the paella, and the nearby charming towns like Buñol, Picassent, and Cheste.

These are not the only attractions for a campervan or RV road trip from Valencia. Besides its fresh and delicious food, Valencia offers a vast cultural heritage with places like the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts and Sciences), its different architectural styles, its secular traditions, and its unique beaches (El Saler and La Malvarrosa, among others). These are only a few things that make a campervan road trip in this part of Spain unique.

You can reach Valencia easily with a national or European flight. The Valencia airport is linked by metro and shuttle bus. Valencia is also reachable by train from Barcelona , Madrid , Alicante, and Zaragoza or even via bus as it is well-connected to different municipalities and other provinces.

National Parks in the Area of Valencia

If you want to partake in historical, natural, and sports activities, you can reach different natural parks around Valencia with your campervan or RV.

Moving north of Valencia, you can drive your campervan or RV to Parc del Turia. This park is a river park, perfect for family activities, walks, and sports activities like biking. Following up, you will be able to visit and explore Parc Natural de la Serra Calderona. You will find incredible scenery, hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking, barbecue areas, beautiful viewpoints such as the mirador de Garbi, and places to eat like the Restaurante Chaparall and El Salt.

Driving your campervan and RV south you can reach Parc Natural de l'Albufera de València. This is a popular place for amazing sunsets, rice fields, and boat rides along the lagoon which is home to marine life and different species of birds.

If you keep driving south in the direction of Alicante you can visit the natural park of Pou de la Reixa, where you can follow the hiking trail of Pou L'olleta and explore the history of Cova de les Finestres. Further south, take the time to go to Fuente de los Baños, where you will find thermal pools along the river, and the Laguna Rosa inside the Parc Natural de Las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja.

Valencia Coastline, Rivers, and Lakes

If you are looking into renting a campervan or a RV to enjoy the sunny and sandy beaches, natural lakes, and river activities, you are in the right location.

Visit Playa de Gandia, an easy drive from Valencia to reach this beautiful sandy beach. The perfect place to spend the weekend sunbathing in front of the sea.

Another interesting beach is Platja de la Devesa del Saler. This beach is very close to the natural reserve called Parc Natural de l'Albufera and its Visitor Center.

This beach is famous for its green surroundings and windsurfing activities. Moving on, consider the possibility of waking up near Playa de Piles and witnessing a unique sunrise.

Campgrounds Around the Valencia Area

Something very important when renting a campervan or RV is to know where you are going to spend the night. We always recommend travelers stay in a campground. You will be able to relax and stay safe as all the facilities, such as electrical and water hookups, grey water disposal, toilets, and showers will be available for you to use. Here you can find a list of campgrounds where you can rest at the end of a day full of activities and long drives.

Nomadic Valencia Camping Car is located in Albalat dels Sorrells. It has a supermarket, a supermarket, sports facilities, parks, a swimming pool, and restaurants. Camping Coll Vert is located on the beach of Pinedo in the Albufera Natural Park. It has a sports complex, swimming pool, restaurant, and supermarket, but keep in mind that the minimum stay is two nights.

Valencia Camper Park, it's located between the city and the beaches in a quiet and wooded natural environment. It's open all year, pet-friendly, has a swimming pool, showers, and Wi-Fi, and supplies water hookups.
